"Our recent stay at Stratford was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We particularly appreciate the convenient location. The amenities were top-notch, and the overall service exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed and thoroughly impressed. We highly recommend Stratford hotel to anyone interested to stay in or around this area. I look forward to returning in near future!" Pricing was good compare to the other hotels around this area. One of the member of staff was so professional and friendly. Mr Taqi f I take his name right. He has helped me beyond my expectations.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! I originally booked a single room on the first floor, but due to my disability, the management generously upgraded me to a double room free of charge—such a kind and thoughtful gesture that made my stay much more comfortable. The hotel also offers complimentary tea, coffee, and snacks, which was a lovely touch. The location is excellent, just a short 5-6 minute walk from the tube station, making it very convenient for getting around. There was a slight issue with the WiFi speed at first, but as soon as I reported it to the staff, they promptly resolved it, and the connection was back to normal. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Overall, I had a great experience and truly appreciated the excellent service on my low budget. I’ll definitely be coming back soon!

This is basic and budget hotel for nights stay. As normal I was not expecting to get 5* facilities for the payment I booked. They have 24/7 manned staff which was benefited for late night checkin without any problem. Corner table full of different range of tea and coffee flavours is an addition for me to go again.
Guest Sitting area is small and it was full of guest, may be I went on the wrong time when everyone was rushing to have a cup of tea/coffee.

Came here to visit Stratford and the world famous "birthplace of Iron Maiden" - The Cart & Horses. From the moment we arrived the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. The room itself although basic was very clean and had everything we needed and also offered parking. I would definitely return and would also recommend to anyone on a budget who is visiting this part of London.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming when we arrived as well as when we left. The room was a good size and was comfortable enough for our stay, the location was perfect as we were just a short walk from Stratford, which made travelling incredibly easy.
While comfortable, the hotel overall needs a bit of TLC. It was just the small details that took away from the overall feel: missing end cap on the bedframe (which I caught my jeans on and ripped), dirt or spots on the walls or carpet, and the unfortunate ability to hear much of what is going on in other rooms (there was a very upset baby screaming at 1am and early in the morning, and we also heard the Mum apologising the next morning!). A fresh coat of paint and a real deep clean would really make all the difference. Also, two pillows per person in rooms if possible!

I am overall happy with the service, room, location, staff and value for money!! This hotel is located a bit far away of most of the London tourist areas, BUT it is also located at 5 min walk from one of the public transport hubs, so you have plenty of buses, tube lines, metro lines and bus transfers to Stansted airport. We selected an standard double room with en-suite bathroom, we got room number 4, located at the ground floor close to the reception. Due to the room location, we thought it could be quite noisy, but the staff and other guests were very quiet the two nights we stayed there at least. The room had a large tv, the en-suite bathroom was relatively small but perfect for one person at the time doing their business… The room also had a kettle, coffee/tea and we got 2 complementary water bottles when we checked in. Considering the price of hotel rooms in London and surroundings we were delighted with this place.
In general we are very happy with this hotel and would consider going back if/when back to London for a short stay. However, I have to say that I wouldn’t stay there for more than 2 nights due to the quality of the bed, which was the most basic IKEA metallic bed frame, with a very old squawky spring mattress, so if you or your partner move while sleeping you can be sure that you will wake up due to the noise of the springs… The other point is that Stratford area, even though is clearly under development and has a few cool restaurants, shopping centres and such, still have a dodgy element, so even though we never saw anything particularly alarming, nor had an incident, we felt a bit unsafe when walking certain streets overnight.

Great location, we were going from underground Stratford station by walk but bus can be taken as well. It is very calm location, we had windows not to the street. Bus station almost in front of the hotel. Very friendly staff. Very good facilities according to price. Clean towels and beds.
You can hear almost everything from your neighbours. But everyone during night was sleeping so we were sleeping very good. But I cant imagine the night with someone doing noise or snooring next to us.

I highly recommend this hotel! I was there for two nights and the room was so comfortable, very clean and warm, and complete silence. The host was so nice and helpful! If I'm ever back in London that's where I'll be staying!

This is a small, familiar hotel, the staff were so kind - as they were my relative. The bad was confortable, the bedlinen and the pillows blankets were very new. The room was clean. There weere fridge and kettle in the room. And there were tea, coffee, milk and sugar on the tray. There wasn't organized breakfast, but we didn't miss it. Tea was enough. What I most like: the athmosfhere- you could imagine how the families lived in this lovely house long time ago. I enjoy I was allowed to smoke inside in the back yard -sitting at a table.
It's not the fotels mistake: but the bus number 25 didn't stopped 2 times at the hotel- because I think it was too short distance beetween the two stops. But the hotel is very close to Standfort Station: 10 minutes walk.
