This guest house was absolutely fantastic from the start of our stay. Check in was so easy and the lady was so friendly, helpful and welcoming! . We had an upgrade of room and our daughter and granddaughter were also re-roomed so we were closer together. The rooms were spotless, and we had everything we needed including extra pillows. The shower was great and the bed was really comfortable with lovely cotton sheets. The location was perfect and having free parking was really useful. Only a few minutes walk from Brentwood station too. Our daughter's room was cold in the evening and after letting reception know, the radiator was sorted and a spare heater was left outside the room too. Any issues were sorted straight away We can't comment on breakfast as we didn't have this. Highly recommend placed to space with such good value price too. Better than some 4 and 5 star places we have stayed at.

The kettle was possibly faulty because after it had boiled it switched off but then switched itself back on and continuously started boiling! Still was able to make hot drinks though

The room is very spacious, warm and clean. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was checking daily if I needed anything done in the room. The guesthouse is 5min walking distance from Brentwood station and 10min from the high street, with 2 corner shops a couple minutes away. The area is quiet despite the proximity to the station. This is a very personable place, and you will get a warm welcome from the staff. The entrance door is locked at all time, with access with a key card. It's a safe, clean and warm place with very kind and helpful staff. As a solo female, I felt safe throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this place.

Nothing to flag

Perfect place to stay in Brentwood. So close the Elizabeth line station, and close to the city centre. The receptionist was really nice and showed me to my room. I had a private bathroom and the room itself was really clean and nice to relax in. The TV was a really nice addition and in a comfortable position. The sink in the room was really convenient and so was the mini-fridge. Wifi was great as well. Heating in the room was very good as well. They provided 2 towels with a small soap and hair/body wash which was very nice as well.

The room was on the smaller size, but for one person I think it is perfect. Nothing bad I can say, other than maybe the floor creaking a tiny bit in one area.

I liked the self contained room. The fridge study table, tv and outside shower/washroom. I liked the ward robe and clothe hangers. The sink in the corner was perfect. The free car park was great. The guest house is 2 mins walk to main rail line Elizabeth line. Not far from the motorway for the drivers like me. 2 minutes walk to Budgens and Nisa Local min markets. Its surrounded by eateries but I chose a simple Turkish Kichen. I will be back

A sound proof from number 8 would be great but was only noisy the first night.

Fabulous location. Less than 2 minutes walk to Brentwood Station for the Elizabeth Line to London. Very good breakfast for £12. Local shops very close by, and also take-aways for evening meals. There is also a fantastic micro-pub less than 5 minutes away.

Not a dislike, but advice to people expecting hotel accommodation. This clearly isn't that, and I actually like it better because of that. If you want a branded hotel name with the same facilities, there's one less than 5 minutes away, probably similar prices, but don't expect to be able to park there, which you can do here!

I knew breakfast was offered but I never waited for any because I had to travel to the Holiday Inn Express every day morning and evening. I appreciated that breakfast could available, but I had to prioritise getting to the conference room in time.

The room was by the main entrance to the side of the Guest bedrooms I was allocated to. It was noisy late evening with all others returning back. With my bedroom by the main entrance and the car park, I heard every noise early morning and evening. Apart from that, my stay was perfect for the purpose.

I was a lone female traveller for work & I am so pleased that I stayed here. I was nervous at first but on check-in I found out the lovely team had upgraded me complimentary to a room with an en-suite which made me feel more at ease than having a separate bathroom! Although cosmetically the guest house could do with a bit of renovation to the bedrooms & corridor, the staff are really what make this place special and I cannot thank them enough for my great experience.

The reception staff were very nice & helpful. The beds & linen were fresh & clean. The room was clean & tidy & looked after each day with nice clean towels. It was a few minutes walk to Brentwood train station & 30-40mins to central London. A few minutes in the opposite direction takes you to the High St. with lots of nice shops & pubs. It was also very reasonably priced for having so much on the doorstep. We would use this B&B again, but would request a room on the lower floors.

The stairs. I walk with a stick & completely overlooked asking about the number of stairs. If it was only one flight of stairs, to the first floor, I wouldn’t mention it, but I didn’t realise when I booked we would be in an attic room. So sorry, we didn’t take any photo’s to share.

Location is a short walk from the station and the main street where there were cafe's and shops. The room was spacious with a big bed, lots of cupboard space and a nice big desk. The Wi-fi worked well. The bathroom was very clean and a nice strong shower. Kettle in the room with cups, glasses, teas and coffees. I did not have the breakfast, but the menu looked good. The staff were friendly, efficient and gave all the necessary information needed.

The hall lights were on all night, I couldn't fond how to switch them off, and made the room bright as the door was not sealed completely, so if you come, wear an eye mask. The walls and floor were not sound proofed so I could hear my upstairs neighbors talking and walking about.

I love the location; really close to Brentwood Station with easy access to shops. The hotel was clean & staff were friendly and accommodating.

My bed was slanted when I came into the room. I had a double bed with the plug socket behind which is not convenient. They desk space area was too cramped. The fridge they had in the room was making too much noise intermittently throughout the day & night, which disturbed my sleep.
