Location is great and easy to get to places. Price is very competitive and is far better than somewhere like a Travelodge or Ibis. Having a Marston’s next door also means really well priced food and nice quality too.

Two things I didn’t like. First, the quality of the toilet paper is not good. It used to be good but there seems to be some cost savings being made by changing. It’s very cheap and you can tell. Second thing, is although I love the fact you get a duvet (unlike the vast number of sheets in some other hotels) the way it is tucked under the end of the mattress makes it almost impossible to pull up during the night. You could say why didn’t I untuck it, this is because the duvet doesn’t actually fill the cover meaning that it you did untuck it and pull it up, it wouldn’t cover the end of the bed. Neither of these things would stop me going back.

Good location and good layout. Plenty of parking though appears to share it with the seperate restaurant. Definitely worth the price paid, with a large comfortable bed, 24hr reception, body wash/towels/coffee and tea making facilities, TV, etc - all the main things you need. Half the staff were friendly.

There was the option for a 1pm checkout for £20 through the online check in service you’re prompted to use. However when we got to the hotel and asked if it had been added the staff looked confused, only to tell us that it’s up to the main housekeeper if late check out is available on the day. So we’d have to ring reception when she gets in (9:30am) the morning of check out to see if we’re allowed it. We did and they said no. Seems a bit odd to offer a paid extra and then not allow it. Not sure if this is the same for all hotels by this company or just the Ebbsfleet one.

Location was ideal for our family who lived locally, and with plenty of free parking. Hotel staff very friendly and always helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable with fresh towels regularly. We were located on the 4th floor, which was very quiet and perfect for our 8 night stay. Breakfast was good value with a wide choice, both cooked and continental and vegetarian options too . Overall a very enjoyable stay.

Clean rooms. Lovely staff in the restaurant. I was served by Debs both times and she was great - friendly, helpful, efficient. I also appreciated the free parking and the free wifi. The aircon in the room worked well - it was cold when I stayed and the aircon efficiently heated the room.

I really didn't like that there were no toilets in the reception area, only in the rooms. There are toilets in the restarant but that shuts by 11pm. In the bath the surface was extremely slippery, both times I stayed, so having a showere felt hazardous! The food in the restaurant was nice, apart from a side salad where lots of the leaves were past it and would have been better off in the compost.

The room was excellent, spacious, comfortably cool and clean, and the bed was very comfortable indeed.

Breakfast was a little disappointing...good value for money, and reasonable choice for the continental. However, the croissants were not fresh, but it was disappointing that the jams were presented in plastic containers..,,little ecological time bombs....couldn't they be be in pots with little glass pots to spoon it into. I would like to see big hotel chains be far more environmentally aware. I was also disappointed that the kitchen closed at 20.30 instead of 21.00 as we were promised.

Clean, was warm and the room had air con, bonus☺️ Love how it had a marstons inn pub and excellent choice of breakfast, light meals, carvery and much much more.. close to a co-op. Hairdryer was available in all three of our rooms that we gad booked all three rooms was tidy and beds comfortable. Bath and shower in all.. plenty of parking on the front. It does get really busy so don’t hesitate to book you won’t be disappointed. We went to blue water shopping centre which was about 8 mins drive, loved it 😊 plenty of shops and food court. Friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. They always had a smile on there face.

There was nothing i didn’t like about it. I would definitely be staying again.

Size of room. Comfy beds. Good lightning in room Nice location - shop near by. Felt very clean. Restaurant close. Bath/shower easy to use with added hand rail. Nice desk with mirror. Comfy chair. Over all very good one night stay. Have used before and will use again.

As with ALL hotels they never give enough tea, sugar milk etc. Residents always have to get more although with yours it is on reception desk rather than behind it, but annoying if you get to room then have to go down again to get refills. But that is my only very minor complaint.

Stayed a few times now. and hotel been great very happy rooms are clean comfortable and upto date a/c in rooms and good price for 2 nights.

Booked xmas dinner at the calvery £67 a head and was going fine until the main witch was not good. the veg was not cooked properly hard the beef was processed and raw I had 5 mouth fulls couldn't eat it.so it worked out £134 for 2 starters and 2 bits of cake . I must I've eaten here before and it was lovely they let themselves down with xmas calvery.

Our family holiday was cancelled and we had spent all night awake at Gatwick airport with 3 children. Needing a place to put our heads down, we found Ebbsfleet by Marton's Inns on Booking.com for under £50. It was everything we needed, with clean and spacious rooms and 3 beds. My wife and 2 girls had plenty of room in the double bed and my son and I had the 2 single beds. Check in and out was quick and very easy, with friendly and understanding staff at reception. We will be using the hotel again in the future when we visit Bluewater shopping and area.

Booked last minute after being let down by another local hotel. We arrived early but our room was ready so were kindly allowed to check in at 1pm. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and welcoming. The room was spotless, good air conditioning and surprisingly quiet given the proximity to the main road. Beds comfortable. A coop right next door and the pub next door serves a decent breakfast. Overall couldn't fault this hotel at all and for the price we paid found it to be such good value for money. Will definitely stay again if we're in the area
