always a comfortable nights sleep and a clean hotel, with very friendly staff. lots of parking space too. Good to have a fridge in the room, as no food provided on site.

There is no breakfast served, and i have never known the restaurant next door to be open, so its 'fend for yourself' re food. There is nowhere to walk to, but shops are a short drive away. however, this is reflected in the price. there are chocolates/ snacks available in reception.

Clean and comfortable and very close to our families homes so ideal location for us

We didn't need to use but had we needed to there was no facilities in walking distance to eat as restaurant was closed and no offer of breakfast. It was OK as I had car and we had breakfast at my aunts house

All good for what I wanted - a clean bed and bathroom, and a simple overnight stay to break up a longer journey. I've used TP before and will stay again in the future.

No breakfast available on site. Last time I stayed there was a small restaurant next door offering breakfast. It was few years ago!

Very convenient location for visiting Market Harborough and Leicester. Plenty of parking on site Room was nice, clean, good facilities and very lovely staff

Comfortable bed, clean, excellent shower, good blackout curtains. Quiet despite proximity to busy road. Fridge in room handy for medication. Good tea, coffee, biscuits provided, 24 hour reception. Very nice restaurant adjacent. Very good value for money.

A bit dated. Strange aroma, might have been too much air freshener. Rather isolated if you wanted to walk to anywhere.

Lovely building, nice area, beautiful spacious clean rooms with everything you could possibly want. My room was near the road and still wasn't noisy at all. Receptionist exceptionally friendly and helpful, Would definitely stay here again!

Quiet and comfortable

Lacked facilities. Was Saturday night and the restaurant next door was hosting a wedding hence closed for guests. Wanted a meal and relaxing drink and had to drive into town.

Room fitted three people in seperate beds which was a great benefit and saving. I left my jacket behind and the owner went out of her way to get it back to me, thank you

The views from rooms are very scenic and the staff were lovely. Nice hotel for a getaway with family or friends. The rooms are clean as seen in pictures with cozy beds.

The room was very clean and comfortable, great layout and everything you would expect was provided e.g. tea, coffee, hairdryer, TV, toiletries and even a fridge in the room.

There were no facilities for breakfast or dinner and this wasn't mentioned at the time of booking although I knew there wouldn't be because I read other reviews, if I hadn't I would have been extremely disappointed and I feel this should be made very clear prior to booking.
