Live the hotel but the room was quite cold informed reception it warmed up eventually but next morning it got cold again, breakfast hot food wasn't as good as it normally is but the hotel was packed and I think everyone came down for breakfast at the same time the sausages were for me under cooked so ended up having continental breakfast as I couldn't eat the hit food. Apart from thst I slept really well beds very comfy staff very friendly will do anything to help.

Hot Breakfast not as good as usual but like I said above think everyone came down at the same time and room temperature kept going cold.

Friendly staff greeting us when we arrived, very helpful, answered all our questions. Room was exceptional, bathroom had plenty of towels and bed was comfortable. We had a really good night sleep, room was quiet, we couldn't hear any other guests. Breakfast had a nice selection of items and was still fully stocked when we went down near the end of breakfast hours.

Lack of parking spaces at hotel. We found a space the first night but had to park further away in the main car park the next night. Not a huge issue as there were spaces but would be nicer to have a larger area dedicated to hotel guests only. Also would have been helpful if the breakfast foods had allergen information placed with them to make it easier for those with allergies.

We ve stayed here several times before and enjoyed the whole experience of Hampton by Hilton Corby. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness of the hotel and rooms is of a very high standard. Location is excellent, close to shops and access routes. Parking is excellent.

We didn't like the situation of the rooms we were allocated . The rooms were intended for disabled guests which wasn't a problem, but their situation next to the door to reception was! Inconsiderate guests coming to and from there allowed this door to bang every time regardless of the hour. Being in room 4 opposite this door was far from ideal . When checking in, I d suggested at reception that this room would experience a lot of noise , but I was assured this wouldn't be the case. That was not my experience.

Lovely breakfast in delightful room which extended out to the open planned lounge area / foyer . Breakfast excellent lots of choice. Location excellent easy to access and great local facilities. Staff were all so lovely . Everyone of them ( cleaners, breakfast staff and reception ) and especially Gabi on reception .

Slippery shower tray , wardrobe door doubled as the bathroom door ?! Weird ! No spoons only wooden sticks in room and breakfast ? Shower door not in right position !

I used this accommodation on my business trip as it happened to be close to my meeting. The hotel is nice, well maintained, the breakfast was excellent and sufficient. Maybe a cappuccino from the coffee machine could be better. (matter of the company supplying the coffee machine and coffee) The girls at the reception are very nice and helpful. Bathroom and room equipment at a high-quality level. Nicely large flat TV. I would stay here again next time.

I downgraded the rating by one level due to the carpet in my room. It would deserve re-stretching and a new PU pad, not the older hairfelt. But this is only my professional deformation. For other users, probably not so eye-catching :-)

The room was comfortable and a welcome haven in the midst of the chaotic demands of a busy working weekend. The facilities were suitable and the breakfast options were good.

It would have been nice to have a variety of teas on offer in the rooms. A standard black tea as well as a decaf, an earl grey and maybe a couple of herbal options (lemon & ginger, mint, camomile). I carry a variety with me as a back-up but it is nice if they are available on arrival without needing to unpack. It would also be nice to have hard boiled eggs available with breakfast.

My mother and I stayed Thursday 14th till Sunday 17th March My mother is disabled and the room we got on the ground floor suited us very well (Easy access) I was impressed by size and quality of the room, with a fantastic shower i.e. had a seat, walk in access and was easy to use (I cannot emphasize how special this was) The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I would like to thank them for their help Two in particular, at reception (sorry never got names) was the blond girl with the lip piercing and the blond Russian girl Both were so friendly and attentive with my mum e.g. mentioning her broach, which made her day

Two very small observations were the breakfast had no Wheatabix or fried / poached eggs (This would have helped as my mum is on a level six diet i.e. food not as solid) However the choice was excellent and we were both very happy Although on ground floor the hall door was little difficult to open and get a wheelchair through

Really comfortable and modern room with everything you could need for your stay. Immaculately clean and super comfy pillows! Breakfast was lovely, although an alternative choice of egg would have been nice. But that is the only minor request. Will definitely stay here again. Lots of sockets/ charging points in our room and in all public areas. Staff couldn't be more helpful... very cheery and welcoming, especially the breakfast staff. Our daughter loved making her own breakfast waffles! Thanks again!

Bathroom door kept getting stuck, bit worrying if you are alone in the room and not aware of how to manoeuvre it when it slides open (the door slides along to also become the wardrobe door, but the drawers in the wardrobe protrude & stop the door from sliding)

The hotel was beautifully maintained inside and out. Free parking, great location with several bars and restaurants just next door. The room was very clean and bathroom sparkling clean! Well done to the cleaning team. We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on that. Staff super friendly and helpful!

The air con was stuck on low and was blowing cold air. The receptionist told us next day that it runs on automatic settings so had to call them. We were cold! Walls super thin!

Breakfast had a fantastic choice and selection to offer. Especially a fresh waffle maker, which was popular with children. Room was great, excellent heating system, lovely linen and very warm duvets. Fantastic large TV in room. Bathroom was clean, well lit & nicely laid out with a large shower cubicle and well supplied with gel/shampoo etc

Reception staff didn't seem to understand priorities, eg customer standing in front of the reception desk looking to check in, in my circumstance after a 3 1/2 hour car journey, whilst they were chatting to other staff close by. Failing to explain an additional charge of £20:00 on top of a 2 night stay. Which was rectified later. No "tidy room" placard in the room. Only a "Do NOT disturb" placard available. Minor gripe:- the bathroom door wasn't able to be locked.
