Our room was very comfortably appointed and we had a great night's sleep. The shower is good and the bathroom nicely decorated. Everything was clean and the location is superb, close to the harbour with plenty of restaurants and easy to find. Despite that it was nice and quiet at night. The hosts were very friendly and fixed a small problem with the batteries not working in the TV remote extremely promptly. Would recommend.

Would have been handy to have some conditioner in the shower to go with the shampoo provided.

A brilliant B&B in a great location (just a stone's throw from the beach) with great cafe's and restaurants around. There's also a supermarket a few minutes walk away up the hill. We only met Nic in person but she was so accommodating and we had great communication with them even though they don't stay on site. Lovely rooms that had a homely feel to them, and great facilities (they even supply hair straighteners!)

Only thing to be aware of is that the walls are thin, but this is to be expected in a traditional B&B. We only heard our neighbours during the day though, so had no issues sleeping!

The hotel is amazing! Our stay was a wedding gift and there was no better place to enjoy our honeymoon! The room was extremely clean, the bed extremely comfortable! In the room, there was unlimited coffee and tea available for consumption (including decaf versions). The bathroom had shampoo and shower gel (the latter surprised me! The quality of the product was unique! The smell was wonderful and it gave a silky feeling to the skin when touched). Nicki and Jonah were amazing - Thank you very much! This is premium B & B accommodation in a fantastic central location in Ilfracombe. End of season, so free parking overnight was available across the street. The house has been extensively renovated in recent years so everything was attractively presented, clean and in good working order. Jonah the host was welcoming and made us a delicious cooked breakfast.

The mattress was a little firm for me - if returning I'd be asking for a mattress topper :-). Husband slept well though. In high season parking would be an additional cost.

The breakfast was great, a good choice of cereals and a cooked breakfast with vegetarian sausages available! The hosts are very caring about their guests and they obviously take pride in their business. Located near the sea within easy walking distance of most of the town. Our room was spotless and a hairdryer and hair straighteners were provided.

The mattress was a little soft for me. Parking was restricted outside the property but we did manage to find alternatives with the help of our hosts!

Spacious room, clean, tea coffee etc and a decent kettle. We're on the other end of a phone when we arrived to direct us and even stood on the steps to ensure we went to the correct place. Great service.

Steps, and we were in the attic so husband was not best pleased having lots of stairs. He has a disability which we don't often need to disclose but I suppose we could have contacted the owners prior to our stay to ask. Just one other slight grumble, the pillows were hard... There were many pillows but most were quite hard.

We came down dor a family wedding and this bnb did not disappoint. The host were more than welcoming and went out of there way to make our stay as comfortable as possible getting extra blankets and doing my mum her own breakfast as shes allergic to most things

Great location, walk to everything. Nice outlook. Big living room.

The bathroom is miniscule. The basin is located on top of the toilet cistern! You have to run the tap in the basin to get the hot water to the shower! The shower is tiny with poor water pressure. If you were a big person you would struggle. There is no parking! I thought I had selected to see properties with parking when I was searching. It was very stressful to find a spot and then carry luggage a fair distance.

Central location. Good communication from owner. Clear instructions about parking. Giving great choices. Allowed us to have early check in for a wedding. Clean, tidy family room with en-suite. Oh and proper mugs for a cup of Tea!

The only thing for me was I thought I booked a bed and breakfast but it was only “bed” There was an extra charge of £12 I think per person for breakfast that we politely declined. Which was a shame. Always stay in hotels but thought we would do a private rental for a change. Keep it more local.

Room was lovely, clean and well stocked with tea, coffee & sugar. We appreciated the decaf options available. Nice touch having shower gel and shampoo provided too. Communication was very good prior to arriving. Late check in was not a problem with the owners, they were very friendly and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Good value for money and lovely location. Would return. Thank you!
