We love the location and the accommodation is nice and spacious, esp downstairs. The beds are very comfortable. There is a very relaxed feeling about the whole place and lovely that they are so welcoming if you have a dog. Very useful to be able to park right outside your cottage.

Just a small point - the door to the main bedroom stuck closed when I was in the room, during the night. I was unable to open it and had to shout to wake my son in the other bedroom to help - could have been tricky had I been there alone. We also had the company of a bat for two days! Not sure if it lived there permanently and we thought it quite sweet when it stopped swooping around but would probably have preferred it wasn't there...we realise this is something to be expected in such a rural location.

The location was awesome, but we didn't see as much of it as we could have due to arriving in the dark and then leaving just after 9am. We loved the fact that there was a wee Christmas Tree waiting for our arrival, what a lovely touch, thank you.

Hmmmm, not much to complain about. Thanks to Google Maps we arrived at the property from the wrong way and ended driving down a long farm track, through a ruin and what felt like someones garden. It felt sketchy and we worried about getting stuck, but it all worked out in the end.

Perfect set up, comfy bed and good quality linen and towels. Everything you need; sufficient crockery, cutlery and kitchen utensils etc. Very quiet location, but I felt safe and secure as a lone female traveller. Charming and helpful owner. Plentiful hot water at all hours.

The building itself was a little bit damp and dated looking, and the shower over the bath was OK for me at 5'6", but my taller hubby would have complained! This wouldn't put me off staying again tho'.

Lovely view of the valleys, calm and restful. Owner nice and helpful. Tv and wifi

Only issue for us was assumed tea bags and milk would be available. Normally any self catering cottage I’ve visited there are tea bags. After a 7 hour drive we needed a brew. Trays for the oven or even foil Would have been good too as we couldn’t cook

Good location, quiet and spacious Comfortable beds, internet, all appliances available. Plenty of hot water - good shower and a bath

All minor things really. Access out on to main road is difficult to see - easily improved with some hedge trimming. Looking a little tired in places but there looks improvements are in process.

Great location in Pembrokeshire. We stayed in the Carthouse which is a great spacious appt for a family of 4. WIFI works fine with strong signal. All amenaties present in the kitchen. Free parking.

Everything in Pembrokeshiire seems somewhat more expensive and daily rate was by far the highest of our Welsh holiday. Generally clean, especially beds/bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom. Just don't look below/behind sofas and don't lift the pillows.

The area was very relaxing. We had our own garden. There was a walled garden which was delightful.

The upstairs sink was blocked which was inconvenient. Getting out onto the main road was hazardous as visibility was very poor. We nearly missed an oncoming car. This must be addressed as it could be fatal.

The host Jon met us and was very friendly. The view was absolutely beautiful and a lovely walled garden to walk around. Comfortable rooms and clean bed linen.

A little tired, could do with a bit of a spruce up. Although mostly clean, it was dusty/cobwebs behind the sofa. Food items left in the freezer.

Lovely location and very friendly people with great views and easy to get too from most directions. The facilities were just what we needed for a few days of peace.

The shower has some black mold inside which too be fair you can only see when you are in it with the screen shut.

We stayed in the Carthouse and it was amazing. The kitchen has everything you need, dish washer , washing machine, microwave. Free WiFi and TV .Pets are allowed.Small shower room upstairs and even a toilet downstairs.Two bedrooms one with double bed and the other one with bunk beds. The location is perfect,near Pembroke and Tenby. The view it's amazing.If you like the country side the peace and quiet it's perfect .
