Disabled Room was spacious all facilities in the room . Food in Resturant was lovely, had a beef curry in the evening very tasty, really enjoyed the full English breakfast waitress was very pleasant and friendly nothing was to much trouble for her All staff were pleasant and friendly, we have stayed at this Hotel before in the Anex Will stay here again .
Only Complaint was the bed, i found it very uncomfortable to high for me, had difficultly getting into it and off i am disabled and was afraid of falling out of bed, could have done with a lower bed .

Ample parking, friendly staff, clean and tidy, comfy bed, good sized bathroom, convenient location, quiet, lovely breakfast, would definitely have no issues in recommending or returning ourselves one day.
Very minor things - the bedroom was so light all night from the light outside and the extractor fan in the bathroom came on even if you didn’t turn the light on and then went on for 20 minutes which wasn’t great in the middle of the night and we hope it didn’t wake anyone else up. Other than that … literally perfect.

Location was excellent, as was the parking. I have a disabled badge and was able to park outside the door. The food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The dining room was always spotless and really comfortable. We have arranged to bring our Son, his Wife and Henry, their son. There was a generally happy mood throughout.
Not keen on the wet room situation but that's just me. I would ask for a bit more shelf space in the bathroom if I was really picky.

We loved the decor. It had a sort of bouquet style. We loved the wooden furniture and coordinated curtains etc. The lounge area was warm and cosy The carpet on stairs is soft, like your feet will sink inside and you just want to sleep on the carpet. The room was sparkly clean. There was a good variety of teas coffee and water in the bedroom Shower was good. Staff all friendly The meal on Thursday night was delicious. 5 of us ate, we had no complaints. The Code was large, salmon large, everything hot and tasty. The breakfast we had Friday and Saturday is well cooked. There is something for everyone. We travelled for a wedding and was not disappointed
The only comment I would make and it's not a complaint. The restaurant and bar is closed on Friday. There are local places nearby to drink and eat.

Good breakfast and mostly good food. One night my husband had a duck dish from the specials menu. Duck was so tough he couldn’t eat it. He told the waiter, but was reluctant to complain. I would have expected the waiter to mention it to the chef anyway, but no. We ate elsewhere for dinner for the rest of our stay.
No atmosphere in the bar. Not a place to linger. On two nights, the gents toilet in the bar stank. Later in the week it was OK. This was surprising, because the standard of cleanliness was otherwise outstanding.

it was good locally in the center.and the food was delicious and tasty.
I am not satisfied with the staff.as I experienced during my stay, a staff ran between the reception and the bar. They were overloaded.they didn't have a smile on their faces, somehow they weren't really nice. the room size was acceptable but it was a bit smelly. It was room number 111..when checking out, I couldn't find a staff anywhere, so I couldn't just leave the key on the table.I was a little disappointed because I chose this hotel based on the feedback

Very large room which had recently been renovated. Bed was enormous and very comfortable. Little added extras including tea and biscuits was a nice touch. Room had a nice seating area with comfortable seats and a large TV, which was just what was needed after a long day of walking! Local amenities including Pembroke Castle were in easy walking distance. The shop across the road stocked everything we needed for the next days walking too.
Shower cud have been cleaner - it looked rather dated and had some mould on the seals. Bathroom window was quite difficult to open

We, a group of 3, stayed for 3 nights at The Coach House Hotel during our hike along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. This included on of our rest days during the hike. We stayed in the family room/suite, which was very spacious and included a living/TV room and a walkable closet next to the 3 bed room (with its own TV) and bathroom. Overall, it had everything we needed, no matter we were staying inside for our rest and raining day or not. The whole staff of the hotel was kind and welcoming and the breakfast as well as dinner in the hotel's restaurant were good. The hotel is located at the end of the main/high street of lovely Pembroke. If you follow the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path directly it is roughly 10min by feet to the path next to the great castle. If you have other hiking plans, the local Coastal Cruiser bus stops directly in front of the hotel, which is great. Additionally, the National Express buses also have a stop just in front of the hotel. The hotel offers a lunch package service if you fancy somehting like that!. You can reach all sights and pubs, restaurants in Pembroke from the hotel by feet. In general, we recommend staying at the Coach House Hotel if you are staying in Pembroke - be it for a single night or a longer stay.

all went well. Our host welcomed us, a little earlier than expected ,but this did not present a problem; The room was newly decorated and extensive work had ben carried out on the residential wing. The room was comfortable and we had a good nights sleep. Parking at the time of our visit was available to the rear of the property. The meals both in the evening and in the morning were of a high standard.
The access could benefit from a clearly defined space for an short term put down so as to minimise the travel with luggage.

Nice room, Queen sized bad, Excellent breakfast, Location, Own private parking with plenty of space, short walk to the town centre. Nice bar, serving meals in the evening. (Not that we did but, close to station for those using the train). Nice that breakfast starts a 7am so that can get on with the day .... The effort taken to make the place nice & all the flowering plants outside
Nothing really
