Stayed 1 night in room 5.. Spacious double ensuite suite room on first floor. Very comfortable bed, spotless shower room, great heating. Good location next to Pembroke docks. Ate in restaurant which was great quality. Breakfast was included and was plentiful and tasty. Choice of cooked breakfast/ smoothies/ granola +fruit / omelette / breakfast roll. All options come with hot drink or juice. (Up to £7 included, with option to pay extra for larger options) Friendly and helpful staff.
Took ages to get hot water in shower. Creaky ceilings. Could hear every step people above made. Neighbouring pub plays very loud music, which may affect some.

Staff were welcoming and friendly liked the fact you had self check in. Room was clean and comfortable and that you can book to eat in the resturant downstairs which we did. Due to the time we arrived the portions were well worth the money and service was excellent would recommend eating here. Breakfast was good as well.
When booking should mention that with breakfast is £8.00 limit and can pay difference if go over this as are number of options. I know it can't be helped due to size of the building shower was not very powerful. Overall I would recommend staying here.

Arrived about 8.15pm and was greeted by the owner who was so welcoming and helpful with where to park and recommended their food as we were in need of a meal, so glad we ate there, delicious, all home made and fresh with the chef being part of the family, also met Dad who owned the hotel and now run by his lovely friendly daughter. We chose the Salmon and the Sea Bass. Next day we had lunch there too, lasagne and steak, honestly this place is fantastic, and all the staff are so nice and friendly and welcoming. We were happy there from the minute we arrived til the minute we left!

Nice airy, calming room, nice colour scheme, very comfortable beds, extra towels and blankets provided, and quiet. The restaurant area was beautiful and a decent choice of breakfast. Good value for money overall, would stay again.
There was a damp area that had been painted over on the ceiling, the room hadn't been dusted very well, and the girl who took our breakfast order was very unfriendly taking the order and delivering the breakfast, but her attitude had been completely different to the young man in front of us in the queue. My friend ordered toast I order toast and porridge and 4 half slices if toast were brought out for us both to share.

Staff were excellent, always on the ball and very friendly. Choice of breakfast was good, either cereal and toast with choice of drinks or the paid option for a cooked breakfast. Evening meals can only be described as extremely good value for money and would recommend to anyone staying there.
The room we stayed in was a bit tired and could do with a bit of work. Shower wasn’t great, water pressure was low. No handle on bathroom window so couldn’t shut if required. Cupboard door in room missing a handle, storage for clothes poor.

Loved the location, the easy check-in, the size of our room, the fact that there was a restaurant downstairs, an on-site car park
The bathroom - the shower was lovely, but the fact the room was angled at one end meant that the toilet was in a tight corner. I’m 5’10 and my knees were against the wall. My partner is 5’8” and he found it a tight space too. The bedroom area was big enough to have a proper, rectangular bathroom. This was the only negative in a lovely stay. (Also, it doesn’t have double-glazing, so you do feel like there’s a window open, as the traffic is busy on this noisy road. We sat in the bay window to have a cuppa, and had to move as the chill coming off the windows was too cold). I’d still stay here again though!

Was a lovely room beds were super comfy, had most things we needed including a fridge which was nice :)
The socket on the side of the bed didn't work, there was no iron in the room, when we went for breakfast we was abit disappointed it wasn't a full English that was in clouded in the price and also the conti breakfast wasn't on show so had to ask a bar maid what was available and then they went to collect it for us. All trivial things as the actual place was lovely.

We thought the Dolphin Hotel was great value for money for our one-night stay. The rooms are nicely decorated, beds very comfortable and there was a great shower in the en suite. A breakfast of cereal and toast is included in your stay and you can pay extra if you would like to have a cooked breakfast. Check-in was very easy and the staff were very friendly when we saw them at breakfast.
Our room faced on to the street and so was a little noisy. It would be useful to have a towel rail in the bathroom and perhaps a small bin in there too, but there were no major problems or dislikes.

The staff were lovely and so helpful. Rooms very clean. The bed was so so comfortable.
The common parts let the hotel down as very shabby. The fire doors and bedroom doors bang quite loudly when shut. On one of our bedroom doors although the door shut you couldn't double lock it which for single female travellers could be a little worrying especially as the back door to the hotel is open all night.

Location was perfect, having the restaurant just underneath was great and the food and drinks were amazing! Room was perfect and had the best rooftop window to let in the light and view the sunset! I can’t for the life of me remember the name of the girl who helped me check in and order drinks (so sorry I’m horrible with names), but she was so helpful and friendly, and gave me some really great advice on what to do while I was in town!!
Bathroom needs a revamp, as a little dingy and smelly
