B&B is set-up with a strong sense of purpose and identity and does it well. It is modern and well maintained, and has an emphasis on meeting the needs of people wanting to walk the Pembrokeshire coastal path - map on the wall, folder of relevant information, laminated copies of walk loop maps that can be borrowed for the day. The check-in process is easy with a key lock box. Decent view of the coastal stretch from the rooms. The rooms are carefully furnished to provide you with the needed amount of places to sit, and sufficient table space. The pub next door is a natural resource providing what British pubs offer! The breakfast offering is also hassle free and enjoyable, being a chiller box supplied the night before with your breakfast supplies in it - have in your room if you like, looking out the window. Highlight was a generous serving of fresh-cut fruit salad.

Nothing really, except not super close to the coast track by foot, though it is apparently quite feasible to do this. The road out the front is pretty busy, but the high quality windows almost totally block this noise when they are closed.

The room was bright clean and well appointed Check in was online and information is provided for access so no staff contact required. Continental Breakfast was provided in cool box in the evening. This consisted of Cereal (alternative choice available) fresh milk in mini churn, yogurt, croissant, jam, butter and chopped melon. A shared fridge was available on communal landing which had marked storage trays to keep everything cool overnight. Crockery and cutlery all included in the box, kettle in the room so we were able to breakfast at a time that suited us. Whilst enjoying the view from the room of countryside with St Brides bay in the background. Each of the rooms are named after the islands which can be seen on the horizon, with a pair of binoculars provided which was a nice touch. The accommodation is ideally located for outdoor activity lovers and set up to allow for wet suits and walking boots to be put into plastic tubs in the lobby avoiding sand etc. in the bedrooms. The Landlady and staff were friendly and helpful. The food in the pub was good and went well with the beer from the onsite Micro Brewery.

We had a wonderful stay at the Victorian Inn in Roch. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the owner, who was incredibly friendly and attentive. Just as we arrived, a pub quiz was beginning, and we were immediately invited to join in the fun—everyone there was so welcoming and made us feel right at home. We ordered the fish and chips for dinner, and they were absolutely excellent—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. After the quiz, we headed up to our room and were very pleased to find it spotless, with thoughtful amenities and a real sense of care put into the space. The room offered a lovely view over the fields and out toward the coast and sea—truly peaceful and picturesque. Throughout our stay, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. We had the pleasure of meeting both the owner and her husband, who also happens to be the brewer. Their passion and pride in the inn really shine through. We couldn't praise the location, the staff, or the accommodations enough. Highly recommended!

This place is great, and everything is thought out down to the smallest detail. We arrived after closing time, but they still welcomed us at the bar. The rooms are very clean and quiet, with everything you might need. It feels like they didn’t cut any corners - big radiators, lots of towels, plenty of pillows, and a huge selection of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. They even put a pair of binoculars in the room! Breakfast is prepped the night before, but there’s a lot of fruit, and it’s put together with care. Big parking lot. The area around the hotel is beautiful.

Lucy, B&B Manager is so friendly and helpful. The room is fresh, clean, and perfect for sunsets. Ample on-site parking. 30-minute walk to Newgale beach. Huge, clean, dog friendly areas, surfing, surf school. Cheap parking too. Victoria Inn pub served exceptional food and their own range of keg and cask ales, as well as some standard costs, beers, and Guiness. The chef and staff checked we were satisfied and couldn't do enough to assist. Breakfast is a modern take on continental. Served daily. Pastries, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, and fresh milk. Tea and coffee facilities in the room. Access to a fridge to keep your wine cool. White cotton bedding was crisp and super clean. Bed was extremely comfortable, room had enough with sockets, some with usb ports. The bathroom has a wonderful refreshing shower. Wouldn't mind it at home.

Having to leave! Please tip the bar staff early on. They deserve it.

Lovely accommodation, very comfortable and in a great location. Also got talking to the staff who were super attentive and helpful! One lady helped me out with some engine trouble and the other gave some top recommendations of things to do in Pembrokeshire. Great advice! Breakfast was very good in the little cooler boxes supplied every evening. And the microbrewery is fantastic, managed to try all the ales. All excellent. Would definitely stay again!

There was nothing we didn't like.

The room was lovely, light, spacious enough with a modern bright bathroom. Very comfortable bed with views across to the ocean in the distance. Appreciated the fan and coffee making facilities, and full length mirror! all in all a very well planned and executed room.

We needed the window open for a bit of fresh air, but the noise from the nearby road started quite early. We also would have preferred a cooked breakfast option - though we knew the system on booking and decided we could work around it. I informed the host we didn't require the breakfast basket but it was still provided one day - and thus, sadly, wasted.

The room was exceptionally clean and well appointed. It is next to the pub, but far enough not to be bothered by any noise, which has its own great brewed beer and good food. The breakfast is a continental style provided the evening before in a cool box and breakfast is taken in your room. The breakfast selection is generous and good quality. Whilst the room is near a main road, the amount of traffic is very low and soundproofing of the room is good. The view from the room was over the sea at St Brides Bay and you can watch the sun going down. An exceptional accommodation, central to visiting many places and highly recommended.

Can’t think of anything to improve and we would be happy to visit again.

Perfect spot, great food at the pub. Brilliant location to explore the coast and surroundings. Staffs were friendly and welcoming. Would highly recommend it and return. Free parking onsite at the pub. We did a boat trip and saw a lot of wild life. Loved our mini break.

Not enough ice packs in the breakfast box. The yogurts end up being at room temperature. Otherwise the breakfast is excellent!

A lot of thought has gone into optimising the experience for people to stay, whether walkers, on bikes, just touring, birdwatchers, or whatever. So many little things that this accommodation gets right but not all do. Like binoculars in the room to admire the lovely view (though sadly the weather on our visit prevented us appreciating this), a torch for if it's dark, shutters to minimise external noise and light, plenty of power/USB sockets, places to leave boots and a wetsuit to dry, lots of ideas in a folder for local and regional walks, illuminated bathroom mirror, an efficient spacious shower, clear instructions how to enter the B&B without the need for anyone to be there, and so on. The two sisters that we met, and their staff, are very willing to help too, and everything was so clean .

As others have commented, the continental breakfast is straightforward and OK for a night. The room was easy to heat to the temperature we wished, but (we were there in February), the bathroom was colder with just a towel rail to warm it. There's currently no real alternatives within walking distance to have dinner, but the adjacent pub is an attraction itself, especially if you like ales
