Ocean Haze is set in a beautiful landscape just outside St.Davids, which is just minutes away. Paima cooked us a wonderful full English on most days of our stay. The owners and staff couldn’t be more helpful, kind and friendly, beautiful people! There is a Sri Lankan restaurant within Ocean Haze, delicious and modestly priced food, the lemon, mango and chilli pickle are highly recommended, do not forget to order these, so yummy!!

Can’t think of anything at all. I casually mentioned that we’d been too warm at night, as the weather was so good and warm even at night, that we were just using the duvet cover on our bed, Paima brought us a fan that evening!

We were walking the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path and stayed for one night in June. For anyone walking the path from south to north Ocean Haze is very well-located. The bedrooms were clean, bright and comfortable and had everything we needed during our stay. The hotel is right next to the Texaco petrol station which the owners also run and which was very handy for picking up items for our packed lunch the following day. We arrived on Thursday evening and were pleased to find that this was one of the evenings during the week that the hotel ran a Sri Lankan buffet in the attached restaurant. There was a range of delicious dishes good for both vegetarians and non vegetarians. We found the owners very helpful and accommodating and we were even offered a lift in the morning back to the coast path which saved us a long slog. Prices of accommodation in St David’s are generally quite high and Ocean Haze offered good value for money.

We did not have breakfast as our family were staying in Newgale so were only at the hotel in the evenings. We did not see any staff except when we arrived. We had to phone them at arrival and someone came to show us to our room. The room although small but compact had everything and bathroom were lovely and clean and the bed very comfortable.

No cleaning done, no clean towels offered and no replacement of teas, coffee during our 4 nights stay. We could have asked but never seeing anyone makes it more difficult.

I can only say how lovely our experience was at this Hotel. We were welcomed by a lovely young man who made sure our stay was everything it should be. We were a group of friends that were going to a wedding locally and it was the ideal place to stay for us. The young man also arranged a taxi for us to the wedding venue which we really appreciated. One of the rooms we booked even had a balcony with a beautiful sea view. Breakfast was really good at an extra cost and nothing was too much trouble and the staff were really friendly.

I can't say there was anything that we didn't like, although we couldn't get the TV to work in the room it didn't reallly matter.

Really comfortable stop, totally unpretentious and exactly what we needed. We were on a road trip around the coast and St David’s was a stop, this is not in the centre of town (a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk max), but t was perfect for tired legs wanting a clean and well appointed room with plenty of space and a good hot shower. The Sri Lankan restaurant was also much appreciated. Not fussy or fancy, just good honest food. We ate very well and slept like a log - just perfect for us.

The walls are not totally soundproof so you can hear others arriving and closing doors, but this minor thing did not bother us.

Stayed here for 1 night specifically to attend an event with an early start time so that it would have been difficult to attend for breakfast and so can't comment on the breakfast. However staff members that I met were both extremely helpful and obliging to ensure that I was able to benefit from the comfortable and tastefully decorated room whilst still leaving early. If the event is run again in 2025 or I have another reason to visit St David's I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nothing springs to mind

Not too far out of St Davids. On a summer evening it would be lovely to walk. Food excellent and staff so lovely. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely towels too.

My own preference, but I would have liked a bath. There were rooms with a bath but already booked, which is a good sign. You can have a drink but more of a licenced bar in a restaurant rather than a pub bar. Evening meal food was beautiful and plenty of it too. The lighting needs to be looked at in room 9 as we couldn't have wall lights on without the big light.

Very clean spacious room. Location on outskirts of St Davids next to a petrol garage but very convenient as we parked our camper van and used the shop. Room was lovely at a great price with good bathroom and toiletries provided. Very comfortable. Didnt have breakfast but there was a restaurant on site and they did evening meals (Sri Lankan food)

It was all good. Not a beautiful location but fine for accessing St Davids with free parking.

Nice no nonsense hotel, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms if small. Would recommend Seaview room as hotel is near a road and petrol station. Walls were little thin so you can hear people move around the building easily but everyone was well behaved so no further issues. Did not use breakfast facilities but was told no gluten free options available. Sri Lankan restaurant on site with take away, but did not use that either.

The room was comfortable and had a large balcony and a beautiful view of country side and a far off view of the sea. St David's was a lovely 10 minute walk away . photos from our balcony and a boat trip from Justinian's which was much recomended

We were expected for breakfast the 1st morning but there was no table laid out for us . The two ladies were very friendly and helpful once they knew we were there. The beach is too far away to walk .
