Very large room (including a clothes closet) and bathroom (which has a bathtub!). everything was clean and comfortable. appreciate the good lighting and easy parking. the hostess morfydd clearly takes pride in providing a good stay for her guests. she generously provided milk, bottled water and a very nice treats (cakes / chocolates / biscotti) in the room. there were luxuries like bathrobes and linens/towels that smell lovely. in the morning the full welsh breakfast (included in the rate i paid) was sensation! there was so much food and the quality of produce and the cooking (by morfydd) were great. morfydd also took the time to enquire if everything was ok and chat with me. the location is in a small village. with a car, it is convenient for visiting st david, whitesands beach etc. i although there were other guests, i found it wonderfully quiet and had a fantastic night's sleep.

nothing really for me. my room was upstairs which was not a problem for me. but if stairs bother you, check with morfydd about booking the ground floor cottages

Morfydd's place is absolutely amazing and I was given a very warm welcome. I was on a road trip and this was the best place I stayed the whole time I was away. This lady takes such pride in hosting and her home is absolutely immaculate. The facilities are second to none, big room and en-suite. She has thought of everything. Fresh milk in the fridge with home-made cakes. Lovely assortment of teas, coffee in the room. Breakfast was superb with so much on offer. Porridge and smoked salmon were both on offer along with the usual breakfast items, cooked to perfection. Fruit, juice, yoghurt, home made pancakes.....heavenly. A big thank you and I hope to visit again in the future

Mostly a perfect stay, just creaky floorboards from the person walking around in the upstairs bedroom but wouldn't prevent me from staying again

Location excellent for visiting the coast from Cardigan down to Newgale and close to St David's and Solva. Easy parking as located on a working farm. Comfortable room with ensuite and fridge; excellent walk-in shower. Fabulous breakfast - enough to keep you going until dinner! Best breakfast offering we have ever experienced in 40 years using B&B accommodation. Morffyd is a really friendly hostess. Small selection of home made cakes in the fridge on arrival and a bottle of milk from the farm.

Nothing to say here

The host of this homestay is an incredibly kind woman who prepared a very delicious, restaurant quality breakfast early in the morning, and was very kind enough to talk about her incredible life story. The main house is very well-kept, the bed was unbelievably comfortable, the wifi was exceptionally fast for being in a fairly remote part of Wales, and the room was surprisingly affordable (£50/night), considering most hotel rooms were well over £100/night. I will absolutely come back here to this farm stay when I find myself in Wales again!

Nothing!

Wonderful accommodation in the middle of rural Wales. The hostess, a beautiful older lady welcoming you to her home !!! Yes, her lounge was also the dining area with 3 tables. Every morning Full Welsh Breakfast (similar to Full English), also cereals, juices, cakes, yoghurt, tea and coffee, homemade pancake and cupcakes .... The room spacious, clean, with a fridge, wifi; bathroom with bath and shower, all beautifully clean!!! Outside working farm but plenty of parking space. Simply WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL accommodation with a really LOVELY hostess. Would definitely come again !!!

NOTHING!!! Everything absolutely perfect. Just a little warning to those who may not have read the details: this is a working farm, with a large herd of cows, a milk tanker occasionally visiting and the associated activities. And yes, occasionally, countryside air to smell :-)) But all the more genuine !!!

Mrs Jones is a wonderful host and we really enjoyed our stay at the farm. The house was lovely, really well maintained and clean. It was like a blast from the past. Beds were super comfortable and we slept like a dream. The breakfast was wonderful, we had a lovely Welsh breakfast alongside some toast and other breakfast accompaniments. We were quite lucky to catch some of the northern lights at the farm, it was perfectly dark to enjoy the night sky. Will totally recommend it to friends and family, and stay again if we are ever in Wales.

It had a lot of character, being a converted outbuilding on a farm. The host, Morfydd, was really fabulous. We wanted for nothing, nice surprise to have a selection of home made cakes in the fridge when we arrived! Delicious. The room we stayed in (also en-suite) was very spacious and extremely comfortable. Breakfast was very good, enjoyed the cooked option very much. Also, despite being in a slightly remote location, St David’s is really only 15-20 mins away by car. Plenty of good pubs a short drive away also. Would be very happy to stay here again if visiting the area.

Absolutely no complaints.

The room was massive and fully equipped with everything (and more) that we needed. We loved the country farmhouse feel and the quaint, homely, decor. This certainly wasn’t a room that felt uniform to every other hotel room. It had character and so did the host who was absolutely lovely. We would fully recommend staying here and would return in a heart beat. Very good value for money and a wonderful, tasty, full English breakfast. A plate of cakes and fresh milk was also left for us in our own little fridge. There were a variety of books to read and free wifi.

Nothing - no faults to comment on.

Homely, comfortable, it was old fashioned but it reminded me of my grandparents. Breakfast was lovely, fresh made pancakes, as well as, an cooked breakfast. Morfydd was such a beautiful person, and there was home made cakes on arrival. Board games in the cupboard was a nice touch, myself and my daughter spent time playing games, rather than on our phones. The one to one time was lush. There was WiFi which was good, but we didn't use our phones much, for once .

It was a farm, so it smelt like a farm. Got used to the smell quickly, but inside you couldn't smell it anyway.

The location of the house is perfect. Middle of nowhere, calm, bird sounds, fresh air. If you are lucky to have a clear sky during the night, it is also great for stargazing. The host is very friendly and helpful. The room was very tidy and clean (huge bed) and the bathroom was renewed and spacious. The breakfast is a traditional English breakfast but the way she organises the table and everything is very cute and make you feel like real vacation time. There is a cafe nearby that she recommended us (11 minutes by car) called Melin Tregwynt with very good food and price, totally worth visiting.

This is very subjective and personal, but the bed was a bit too soft for our liking. Overall, nothing to complain, everything was great!
