First of all, the views cannot be beat: St. David's Cathedral just below the property and Carn Llidi and the countryside in the distance. Absolutely gorgeous. Our room was a very good size for the price, and the bed was comfortable (for US visitors, it's a Queen-size bed). Finally, the breakfast was outstanding (as was the dinner we had at the restaurant across the street).

Parts of the room crossed the line between rustic charm and need of upkeep. Light fixtures in the bathroom need repair, the water flow through the bathroom faucet was inconsistent, the shower was a bit disappointing. There is also quite a bit of noise from the street early in the morning (we were there on street sweeping and recycling collection mornings). All-in-all, the stay was absolutely worth it, but with a little bit more care it could be a tremendous room.

The view in this property is exceptional! we cancelled plans to go out to watch the sunset to chill inside with a glass of wine, watching the amazing sunsets from the large window. The decor was really lovely, and we loved that they had a fridge we could chill our Prosecco in! haha…! The property is also right in the centre of town and had a car park just down the road, only £5.10 for the day and you can pay with PayByPhone. Oh… and the breakfast was great, honestly not had a better breakfast, along with lovely staff who made us very comfortable.

Nothing terrible or anything that would make me not recommend this place as we had a lovely stay, but just a couple little things that could have helped make it a little better… The plugs were few and far between and the free plug next to the bed (there were two but the lamp was plugged in one) seemed to be broken so we had to leave phones (and alarms) charging in the other room one night. A long mirror by a plug would be useful. With two getting ready at the same time, there was limited options, especially when drying my hair. Would have been better to be able to do this in the room.

Excellent location, new bathroom and nicely decorated. Katie was very accomodating and friendly. Great that you have losts of space, a living room as well as bedroom. Lovely breakfast. Beautiful view of Cathedral.

No curtains in living room, although not overlooked. No door from living room to bedroom. Radiator not working in bedroom, so was a bit cold until the heat travelled from living room.

Location & fabulous views from lounge window Useful mini fridge

No curtains & white roller blind only in bedroom which let through daylight from dawn. Used towels & pillows unsuccessfully to try to block light which prevented us from sleeping from daybreak! Insufficient power plugs in lounge & bedroom for use for laptop, iPad, phones, kettle, hairdryer, fridge etc. Kettle has integral cable/plug which is awkward as the whole lot has to be unplugged & taken to the bathroom to fill. The plug/socket is behind the fridge. Minor but irritating!

The location on the top floor with fabulous views over the cathedral towards the west coast. The apartment is spacious and unfussy, with a good shower and space to put toiletries. We had a warm welcome from Neil, our host.

A small table and chairs would have been useful for laptop and reading. The wifi wasn’t brilliant and dropped out quite frequently.

The view was....incredible with a sunset to match. The suite was very comfortable with a lovely big bathroom, comfy bed, and ample tea and coffee. The cooled bottle of water in the fridge was very welcoming on a hot sunny day. Communication with the hosts was excellent. The breakfast in the restaurant across the road was delicious and we appreciated the 'farm to fork' information.

Perfect spot to wander around the city, great price for the view alone. Would probably look to book for a few days on the next visit, alot of space for the cost. A real wow booking, glad we picked it to stay in St David's. Will be sampling the breakfast in future. Highly recommended, for summer visits especially

The Suite was great although 2 flights of stairs a little challenging for a dodgy hip. Fantastic view from the lounge but no blind when the sun was shining straight in in the evening. Breakfast was great although we weren’t offered a choice of time

First impressions were not great as the outside of the building and entrance looked quite rundown.

Amazing location and very clean, spacious flat with incredible views of carn llidi/ cathedral/ general vista. Lady was lovely and friendly. Breakfast was filling but a continental option would have been nice.

The floorboards are extremely creaky and with people above, this can be slightly annoying. 10am check out may be a bit early for some.

We were delighted with the suite in Cathedral Villas. Very comfortable and spacious with amazing view of Cathedral and countryside. Breakfast was delicious in Gin Kitchen, and loved being able to walk to shops and cafes.

No parking available. Shower was beautiful, but a little tricky to keep from splashing about, since had open door design.
