We had a beautifully decorated room with an amazing view. We absolutely loved the location, overlooking the sea and very central in Pembrokeshire to enjoy lots of different places. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choices, including vegetarian options. The staff were all very friendly. We enjoyed a lovely evening meal in the restaurant. We would definitely recommend and would love to return.
The only downfall was that you can clearly hear talking and TVs from the rooms nextdoor, there seems to be no soundproofing at all, we could even hear our neighbour snoring. It didn't really bother us too much as our neighbours were quiet and seemed to go to sleep at a reasonable time but could be an issue. I had let the hotel know that we were staying to celebrate a 70th birthday, yet no mention was made of this.

The location is lovely and we were fortunately blessed with beautiuful sunny autumnal weather to make the most out of the scenery. Rooms were well decorated. The breakfast was exceptional; thick cut unsmoked bacon and tasty sausage with well-cooked mushrooms, eggs, tomato and hash brown. The wholemeal bread used for toast was especially delicious! We had a lovely lunch and two fabulous evening meals there as well and couldn't fault the food. Staff were also lovely!
The mattress on the double bed in the family room was very firm, so wasn't great for my poor Mum's arthritic hips, but as it was only a couple of nights, she managed with extra pain killers.

The inn is located on the estuary, so has tremendous views. Ample parking opposite, which is great. Rooms overlook the water and are lovely, especially at night. Beds and pillows are comfortable. Room temperature is warm and cosy. When closed, there is access via steps up to your room. Tte breakfast is very nice.
We couldn't control the room temperature, so opened the windows when we were hot. My fault but I should have checked they don't cook on a Sunday evening, so we went looking. We couldn't have a drink when we returned at 6.45pm as they'd closed, but we were advised they may be closed.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Ferry House Inn, Milford Haven. The location with harbour views was amazing and our room took full advantage of that! Our room was well appointed and even had an armoire for our coats. We liked walking along the shoreline and along the lane leading to the inn. My Welsh cousins met us for drinks and dinner and it was a wonderful setting for that family event. The dinner options were varied and we also shared a few delicious desserts. Breakfast the next day was fantastic and I even got to try a few smoked kippers - I haven't done that in a long time!. Our hosts were wonderful in every way and the young man even carried our luggage to our car. I look forward to coming back for a longer stay next time!
Nothing I could think of.

As I was on my own, I expected to be put in a garden view room but I was put in a beautiful estuary view, could watch the sun go down and sun woke me 7 am. Breakfast yummy as was the chicken madras the evening before, not too hot either spice wise. I was pleased I chose a mango and passion fruit cheesecake, the base was crisp for a change the mango and passion fruit cheese mixture was sublime, never had such a lovely cheesecake, individual in a pear shape. I loved my overnight stay and highly recommend and will come back, probably next June when I collect my hubby after completing a leg, sailing from Rhu in a Scotland to Milford, which is why I stayed close to Milford, just 15 mins drive. Thank you for making my stay special

You could not get a better location, The hotel is right on the edge of the water. This is the second time we have visited, and this time, the weather was lovely. We sat in the hotel's garden, the sun shining, and watched the ships go up and down. There was a good selection for breakfast,. and the evening meals were very good. They also do lunch but we were out most of the day. We will definitely visit this hotel again
There was nothing that could have been better

The property’s location was very cool with pretty much every room or table having a view of the sea. Room was comfortable and they offered bag lunches for folks going out around the area. When somebody picked ours up by mistake, James re-did ours very quickly and they were great! The staff were the best part of this place to me, as they were all super friendly!
No real issues! Prior guest left the window open so was a bit cold with the radiators playing catch up.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were all superb. Location was excellent with a lovely view of the sea and surrounding area. Swimming was possible locally just outside. Staff were really friendly.
The 2 very local roads were both about 2 miles but narrow and difficult to negotiate but all part of the charm. Found the stairs difficult and steep inside due to a back problem but some outside stairs were helpful and less steep. Weather not good and we only stayed 3 nights instead of 4. This was such a shame.

Excellent cooked breakfast with a variety of options available. Very comfortable room and reasonably spacious. Nice view over the water and even though it looked out over the road through another window, the neighbourhood was very quiet and we were not disturbed by traffic. The hotel seemed to have a lovely community feel, no doubt a result of efforts by the family who run the hotel. They were very welcoming and we felt at home straight away.
There was very little we didn't like, we were out and about a lot. Perhaps the coffee at breakfast could be improved a bit!

We had a lovely stay at the Ferry House Inn, our bedroom had a lovely view and had everything we needed. We also had dinner there and the food was great quality and really tasty. The staff were all really helpful and went the extra mile of making us a complimentary packed lunch as we were leaving before breakfast was served.
Room was very hot when we arrived, but easily rectified by turning off the radiator.
