Excellent location and Leonardo at the front desk was superb! Thanks to Leonardo’s help we were able to explore the entire historic district of Montevideo. He was never too busy to smile and assist us with any questions we had. He was polite, professional, friendly and an amazing multitasker. NH Columbia is very lucky to have him.

The breakfast was very expensive and horrible. I asked if there were any eggs. They said yes and then served powdered eggs scrambled without even a bit of salt or other seasoning. Most of the buffet table was multiple trays of cookies and day old sweets cut into little cubes. Nice to look at but not fresh. Less and fresh would have been better. The fruit was okay and most was freshly cut.

I loved the view of the rooms and of the breakfast place. It is near from many important points!

I didn't like when I've booked it wasn't clear the breakfast was not included and I have to pay for it. Then, they offer it to me for a price with discount and in next Day, I was in the place to have breakfast and they present me the price without discount to sign. But nobody explain me I have to ask for it before to receive the discount! But at the end the problem aborto discount was solved!

The people at the Hotel was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were very good, clean and comfortable Location very good we could walk to most of the places of interest. All the street stalls a pleasure to walk and buy small items, all the sellers are very interesting. Beautiful Cathedral in the main square and some museums.

The area surrounding the Hotel will definitely boost tourism if its upgraded and painted. Lots of ugly grafity on old historical buildings.

Location is good if you are looking for a place near the city centre. The area remains empty after working hours and during the weekends, it feels very safe though Staff is very friendly and helpful and can give you good recommendations The view from my room was great as it looks to the sea They have check out until 12 pm, very much appreciated

Regarding breakfast there is big room for improvement, in my opinion very poor quality and little variety for an NH Hotel, I recommend you to have breakfast elsewhere instead It is a bit far from nice sand beaches

Nice room size and view, the beds were quite comfortable, the hotel has a good and fast wifi service and is in a superb location.

Staff could be a little more receptive/gentle with guests. Heads up: Hotel Wifi blocked Skype calls, had to share 5G from cell service to complete calls.

Stunning view on the seaside, staff always very polite and friendly, excellent breakfast, very good position for a walk on the charming old city

To forget the restaurant, dangerous area of the city in the evenings (not during the day)

The room from this Hotel is amazing, definitely a really good one to consider if traveling alone or with your partner. I recommend this stay for couples, waking up in those rooms give you a good sense of comfort. Even though I recommend it for couples, I must say it is not the most romantic place, since it's accommodations are also used for business.

I've been here many times already, the only thing I do not like from this place is the night service. I've had several bad experiences while dealing with the reception at night. But, this did not happen all the times I went. Either way, it is a good place to stay.

Great room, good cleaning

I didn't like the shower, little water pressure. The breakfast is tasty, but with the same menu every day I stayed, it could have more variety.

30 year worn out, esp. bathroom; some electric switches not contacting; you can hear your neighbor through the walls which are not soundproof

Nice room, clean, comfortable beds, friendly staff. Safe parking right in front of the hotel. In walking distance to cafes and restaurants.
