We were here on Oktoberfest weekend of 2025. The pluses by far outweigh the minuses for staying here. I will begin with the nice desk clerk guy,he apologized for putting us as an older couple on the 2nd floor and a walk down the hall to the elevator but I really didn't mind, the room was very clean,big comfy bed, microwave and fridge,coffee maker for morning coffee, plenty of space in the room,and I really liked that both bedside tables had an outlet on the lamp to plug our cell phone chargers into.The breakfast was good, scrambled eggs and sausage tasted great.They also had waffle makers. I didn't get to enjoy the pool because it is off season but it looks pretty.

The only things we didn't like were that the a/c was turned off in the room when we arrived. My wife has asthma and getting too hot can cause an attack and the room had a shower instead of a bathtub and that's really on me because I did not call and tell them that I preferred a tub.And the shower is a lot roomier than it looks in my picture. Also the soap in the soap dish looked like it had been previously used. I guess the housekeeper didn't catch that but I had brought liquid soap so it didn't matter.

Clean comfortable place to stay if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Walking distance to many restaurants.

The $25 charge for a pet. Seems a little excessive and would be better if it were lower or refunded after the pet stayed with no damage or noise issues. However, I know it's a convenience to have a pet friendly hotel and I appreciate that.

It is right off of the highway. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I called ahead requesting a first floor room. I was told not avail but I was told the 3rd floor was redone and they would put us up there. Once we arrived I was told they didn’t have a room on the 3rd floor so they put us in a handicap room on 2nd floor.

The only thing we notice at any hotel is the fact the cleaning staff really does not understand how things work. This hotel, the shower knob that adjusts the hot/cold was undone. My husband put it back together. Some light bulbs were burnt out. But the room was comfortable and good design.

Staff and clean

Breakfast was from 6 to 9 a.m., but no one around to open it till 6:20 most mornings, so I would be late to my appointments if I had waited. Was there for 5 days and had breakfast on 2 of them. On checkout, no one was around again to give me my receipt. Evidently, she had to take her kids someplace. I was told by housekeeping that they would email it, but 2 days later, I had to call to remind them.

The hotel was very easy to access, right off the expressway. The hotel clerk was not only friendly but we asked about the Mexican restaurant up the road and he gave us a glowing recommendation to go there. Food and service were great. The hotel was clean, quiet and we got a good nights sleep from our day of 10 hours of driving.

I was surprised at how clean and pleasant everything was it was our first time using sleep in so I was nervous. It was just a quick rest night and perfect for that .

Maybe a bit more variety for breakfast - gluten or sugar free options but otherwise it was great .

The location is great. Within walking distance of good restaurants & gas station. Walmart is just down the road. And it near fishing locations as well. The grounds were clean, room was clean, bed & pillows just right. We felt safe staying there.

We enjoyed it all. We saw the breakfast but opted for something different. Not our cup of tea.

The property was clean and well maintained. The beds were cozy, and the linens soft & fresh! Breakfast was overall good for a continental breakfast. Nothing fancy, but had the basics.

Everything about the property was satisfactory

The room was great. The hotel staff was very polite and helpful. Truly enjoyed my stay. The breakfast could have been a little better but it was sufficient.

Couldn't sign into the wifi. Kept telling my information was incorrect.
