Great location! Very clean & spacious room. Nice breakfast!

My husband and I had booked in advance and were charged for a standard king room, but when checking-in we were given a room with two queen beds. After making this discovery, we walked back down to the lobby to inform the lady working behind the counter. She told me that they had run out of king rooms a few days ago. I asked her if we were going to be credited for the difference in cost & she said yes. Unfortunately, we were still charged for a standard king room!

Breakfast in the lobby was probably the best part of my stay. Good variety, hot, and plenty of what I wanted.

Hotel had only been open for a week. Some of the bathroom accessories were not yet installed (I think). Seemed to be missing a few towel/wash cloth bars at the vanity and shower. No robe hook at all. We got a handicap room so the bathroom was extra large. Good if you need the space. I didn't, but it was OK. The worse thing was the AC unit was noisy. It kept making a loud noise like it was draining every 4 or 5 minutes. Kept me awake. Also, I couldn't figure out the TV menu - no written instructions/guide to speak of. Not everyone is a teenage technology hotshot. Make it easy for us older people please!

We loved the king size bed. Very comfortable. Room was spacious and very clean. Every staff member we had contact with was very friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience. We were in town because my Dad was in the hospital and this gave us a great place to recharge and rest, that was only a few minutes from the hospital.

The only thing I can think of is that we could hear the person in the room above us walking around their room. Not a deal breaker, just an observation.

Newer hotel, very clean and attentive staff.

Walls are thin and you can hear the other rooms tvs or hallway noise, our room faced the hwy and you can hear the cars none stop. Spoke to staff after the first night but was told i could get earplugs at the local walmart and that unfortunately the way the hotel was built the noise was going to affect the rooms. We were only there two nights and that was our only dilemma of the trip.

Breakfast offered an very nice selection. Sausage and Bagels were great. The staff that served it was friendly and Top Notch! Nice to see a smiling face that early in the morning.

Our third party booking did not communicate with you regarding our pets - but it wasn't a problem on your end. Booking.com needs to communicate with the hotel.

The breakfast was good. I found what I wanted. Coffee 24/7 I liked that. Friendly atmosphere. The bed was comfy. Plenty of room for one person.

You can hear the guess through the walls. The alarm went off in early evening. Don't you think you could schedule after checkout and before checking in at 3p. I was caught off guard by this.

The hotel was clean and everything was comfortable. I like that it is pet friendly. I also like the coffee station that is always open.

The breakfast could have had a few more options. During our stay the fire alarm kept going off as we were trying to go to sleep.

Everything!! I was very impressed with the motel!

If there’s one thing, I would say, they didn’t have a waffle maker!!! BUT, they did provide a wonderful breakfast and the area was exceptionally clean and orderly!! I was just hoping to have a waffle!!

Everything really. Ms. Winnie was exceptional in making me feel welcome. She was very attentive in making sure that guests knew where things were located. The tea was excellent, and the desert was 😋. I wish every place had excellent customer service.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. Room was clean. Shower was nice. Good location.

Room was small / tight. The area to walk dogs wasn’t the best. Water pressure for faucet was low.
