This place was cleaned to within an inch of it's life! Everyone was friendly, everything in the room worked like it should - even the A/C was quiet (which seems to be a problem in many places these days...). The entire hotel was super-quiet! It was a 10-minute drive to downtown, and a 5-minute drive to my destination. The price was exceptional!! If my travels bring me back to the area, I'll definitely be back!

This is more an observation that a complaint: In both the bedroom and bathroom, there were patches in the walls that had obviously been installed by someone who had not Clue-1 about patching drywall! So... cracks were starting to appear. Around the bathroom sink, the paint was discoloring or just worn from people rubbing it. Again, these are not complaints, and for the price I paid for the room, I have really have NO COMPLAINT AT ALL!

The room was spotless and the elevator and lobby area was also very clean. The front desk employee was very nice and she gave me all the information I needed as I checked in (wifi info, breakfast times, etc). Our beds were very comfortable and a nice respite from a 10 hour drive. I have stayed at 2 different hotels in Scottsboro over the past few summers but this was my first time at the Comfort Inn. I will definitely stay there again.

The ice maker on your floor was not working so we had to go back and forth to the ice maker near the front desk every time we needed ice. I was not comfortable letting my kids do that unattended (if the one near our room worked I could watch them from the doorway) so I had to go get the ice every time.

Breakfast & location was very good

We stayed on 2nd floor & we could hear a family with children directly above us that sounded like the children were jumping off of the bed onto the floor at bedtime a lot, & it caused us to not be able to get much needed sleep. The next stay we will request to be put in a room on the top floor. People with young children should be placed on the lower floors to be considerate for those who don't have children.

Breakfast nice, comfortable beds, spacious room

The main reason we picked this hotel was that it was offering a station to charge an electric car. It was not mentioned that it was not free (as a matter of fact one of the most expensive we have seen so far). And when we asked the lady (she was nice) at the desk for information she explained that it was an independant company and that she had no access to it. Of course, it was not working and when we checked on the app Plugshare to find another one (there are none), it appeared that it was also down one month earlier. My point... remove from your amenities the mention for electric car.

I took a staycation from the Huntsville/Decatur area to handle Zoom call interviews, etc. It was quiet, immaculately clean, comfy, well-air conditioned, beautiful (amazing outdoor area with flowers, a pergola, and hummingbird feeders)—and it’s an ideal place to do business, relax, have a wedding, etc. AND unlike many (even nice) hotels these days, there is zero smoke or marijuana smell, and that was so refreshing. Instead everything smelled so clean and cared for with love and the utmost professionalism. One of the most professional and friendly staffs—and a great breakfast and a bonus of not only coffee 24/7 but lemon-infused ice water and delicious SWEET TEA in their spacious lobby area! I will definitely be a repeat guest. God bless you all and thank you for everything!

King suite was clean, furniture was comfortable and looked new, lots bed was uber comfortable, had loads of plugs, charging ports, lamps, reading lights, also had fan in bathroom. Staff was very conscientious and the whole place was well kept.

Breakfast wasn't good--coffee weak, hard fried eggs sitting in warming tray-ugggh, inedible potatoes, brand x yogurt, apples had bruised, rotting spots. We passed

Very clean and comfortable. Near the Unclaimed baggage store that was the place I wanted to go in Scottboro.

The fire alarm went on around 11:30pm and kept on for at least 1h. I understand that was on because the fire department took too long but the hotel didn’t offer us any kind of comfort compensation. It was cold and raining, and they could offer some blankets, snacks or maybe even a hot chocolate since didn’t have any smoke or fire.

Everything was perfect. The computers were down but check in was easy and the lady behind the counter was very nice despite having a difficult night. Very professional... I would recommend this place to anyone. I had a great night of much needed sleep. Thanks so much.

Easy check in & out. The staff was very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was awesome The children enjoyed the pool. We stay here every October for the bq cook-off and festival in scottsboro.

The sitting area outside could use some seasonal decoration... The mattresses were uncomfortable. They were hard as a rock...

I didn’t like the smell of the room. It smelt of urine. Now I just sprayed some Lysol around took the smell away for a while. But from was great and cleaned.
