The person who checked us in was personable and professional, gave us what we requested. The property was actually quieter than what I thought being next to a lake . The only down fall I had was the big ring in the tub it looked like it was never cleaned so we cleaned it. The beds arecomfy, they had a washer and dryer outside in a walkway fairly reasonably priced and that we liked. ,

Manager keeping lobby closed to babysit her kids. Making all customers stand outside to check into there rooms. There was only one working in the room, had to use bath light to help light the room. Only one thin sheet on bed to sleep with. People standing around outside there rooms drinking alcohol and talking loud most of the night. I will think twice before staying there again.

This was an excellent value for the money. Don't let the inexpensive fee fool you. Staff was friendly, rooms were very clean, and beds were comfortable. Quiet area but still close to Lake Guntersville.

Only issue we had was the cable wasn't working, but we did not ask for assistance either. We were so busy with family we did not have time for it anyway. I am sure the staff would have fixed the issue.

The owners are very friendly. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs. The rooms are clean and they allowed me to bring my pet. If you are looking for a clean room on a limited budget the Regal Inn is your go-to motel.

Bed was very comfortable quiet able to my dogs which are my travel companions.

Being on second floor but it was one of the recently remodeled rooms looking forward to when the first floor has been remodeled

The owner has always been great to us.

The heat didn't work. Any time we have told the owner there was a problem with our room he has always switched rooms or fixed the problem. I'm sure if we would have told him he would have moved us but it was 1am and I was too tired to complain about it. I would still recommend staying here.

Found me a room on ground floor first night as was very tired from. Driving then got me a remodeled nonsmoking room next day for rest of my stay good value for me and my two dogs

Big sports event. Rate was usual rate, not inflated like other motels in the area. Best value

Because of covid I don't believe breakfast was available but that's okay. I'm familiar with this motel and what they provide

All I had to do was call the front desk to get someone to get the TV to work. Other than that, everything was great.

Everything was great. Great location, price, staff. Love coming to guntersville and staying at the regal inn, always our #1 choice
