Our stay was great and the staff was very friendly! The room was neat and clean. The beds were comfortable and relaxing. I didn't get a chance to try the free breakfast that was included, so I can't give feedback on that, unfortunately. Considering how great everything else was, I'm sure the breakfast would have been great as well. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends/family.

The only negative critique I have is about the shower. There are no shelves in the shower to put your shower items(soap, shampoo, etc.) While shampoo/conditioner are provided with their own hanging containers, it would be nice for guests to have a small shelf of some kind to place shower items they have brought with them.

Comfortable,clean beds. No bugs and yes I inspected the bedding and mattress. Love the walk in shower because I have arthritis and it can be difficult to use a conventional tub shower. Staff were very friendly.

The breakfast is deeply lacking with variations. Bread for toast,bananas, no adult yogurt just kids trix brand, very little eggs patties and sausage patties which the young adult employees ate up quickly . Coffee was very weak and needs to be stronger made. There was the ability to make ur own waffles.They did have peanut butter and some jelly available for toast. They had some small bran muffins. Need blueberry muffins. Our bedroom floor needed to be mopped cause my feet got dirty instantly after stepping out of shower.

The people were all Friendly and courteous, some of the amenities were a bit over priced but there was a store near by.....

Well while my wife and I were away, somehow our room was listed as vacant and we arrived back to witness another person entering our room and our key cards no longer worked. It was an honest mistake and a little inconvenient but not a major issue

The rooms were newly renovated. Booking says you can get a smoking room but you can't...not a deal breaker for me. Parking lot well lit. Beds very comfortable. I noticed some cosmetic issues, but pretty clean. The lady that checked us in was absolutely delightful.

Well, they did not have an ice machine and that was a bummer. Cable was knocked out by the storms that came through, so no fault of Quality Inn. I think you should have more than one trashcan in a room. Water did not get as hot as I like, but I didn't freeze.

This is off of the hustle and bustle of Gadsden. Close enough to get to everything. Clean and easy for being handicap. Breakfast was ok enough to hold ya till lunch. Would definitely stay here again

Fresh bananas at breakfast, not commonly found. And not overly ripe. The walk-in shower was much appreciated. At my age, climbing into a bathtub to take a shower isn't my favorite thing to do.

No carpeting in the room. I realize that more hotels and motels are doing that, so that is not the end of the world.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was simple but good. Good coffee! Check in was a breeze.

Nothing really - there was a continuing running of water in the shower which we reported but was a known issue that couldn't be repaired due to lacking a part.

Close to dinner options and beds were very comfortable.

Took a little bit to get the coffee maker to work, but we figured it out.

Convenience and good value, easy check in and well maintained. Very clean rooms.

No dislikes were noted.

I booked rooms with king size beds. I did not get a king size bed in either room. I had booked 2 rooms. The hotel said it was booking.com’s fault. He said you do not specify what type of room was booked. also did not want to give me a receipt. told me I had to get it from booking.com. But I insisted on my receipt. not very happy with management.Most likely will not stay there again.
