Overall this day was very nice beds were very comfortable. The rooms was clean. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The only thing that I did not like was my check out at 12:00 pm and around 9:00 am I got a knock at the door. I was not up. The housekeeper did not give me time to get to the door before she had entered. She wanted to clean the room. I informed her my checkout time was not until noon. I felt that that was very inappropriate. She should have given me time to get to the door, or she should have checked downstairs to make sure that I had already checked out.

Fairfield Inn in Gadsden is the best hotel in Etowah County. Compared to all the others, including the 2 Hamptons there, the Fairfield is leaps ahead of them all. Our entire family stays here every time we visit.

There was nothing I disliked. Just wish breakfast lasted longer and that they put out meat other than just sausage gravy there for breakfast.

The place was clean and the bed slept great 👍

The guy at the front desk was rude and unprofessional. He got my number and told me that he would call me when my room was ready,but he didn't. I just happened to see other people go in the hotel and came back outside to get their luggage, so I decided to go back in, and the room was ready to check in .

Breakfast & staff were very nice & respectful,they had a group of young people there the weekend I came ,and I asked wasi near them and front desk handle that very nicely ,as well as the group you didn't even know they were there.

Alittle smell when you came into the hotel , the hallway on my floor was alittle warm .

Everything was great. Very nice staff, food was great and very clean.

They loud people a floor above, room 322. Let their child run up and down the room, jumping and shaking the walls in my room. I called downstairs to report, and it got worse. Would be nice to have young children and their family on the opposite end of hall from business people here for work. Woke me from a dead sleep .

Hotel is not fancy, but nicely decorated and furnished. Location is ideal if traveling on Rte 59. Staff checking in and out were professional, but also very friendly and welcoming. Room was comfortable and had all the basics. Included breakfast had a variety of breakfast foods, including coffee and juice; large space with plenty of tables.

Hotel shows some wear and tear because it is older, but that didn’t take away from my stay.

The staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The kitchen staff was very understanding of me having a pork allergy and made me an alternative for breakfast. The front desk staff, was always eager to answer any questions me and my family had about the surrounding area

The stay was great. The beds were a little humped due to the mattress padding. I felt like I was falling out of the bed. The location was close to my destination. I was pleased all in all. I would stay again.

Beds were a little uncomfortable. Too high in the middle due the extra thick mattress padding.

No one was at counter when I went to check in, I was waiting there over 15 mins when hostess finally came out of door to answer my phone that was ringing , may I suggest you may invest in a counter top bell .

Super friendly front desk. Room was clean and comfortable. Nice large TV! Breakfast was exceptional and young lady greeted me with a good morning. I always appreciate a well trained and friendly staff!
