The only issue I had was no response to the text system I was told to use. The house keeping link did not work. The first day I hung a refresh sign and they just flipped it to do not disturb didn't even take out the trash. Day 2 They walked by my room went "Oh someone's in there" and kept going even though I had pulled the full trash cans in plain view and left the door open. Had to physically get up off the couch and stop one of them. Then Sunday evening after purposely passing me over they were sticking their faces to the window trying to see in. While looking at some list in their hand. That was so rude. Why not just knock. So I got up and pulled the other curtains closed since the sheer wasn't enough of a hint and put the do not disturb sign in the window. There was paint on the curtains. Most lights and the coffee pot were unplugged. There was someone else's hair in the tub.

The rooms were getting updated and there was construction. We had issues with the shower the hot water was not working when you first turned it on. You had to jiggle the handle and eventually at some point at water would turn on. The parking is atrocious there isn't enough parking some nights when we got home late we had to drive around to wait for a car to leave so we had parking. Being on the lake there's no other parking lot than the one they had and because they have a bar that's open up to the public sometime the parking lot would be full and there would be no parking available for gas. We trying the restaurant that was in the hotel. They had free breakfast and it was all decent we actually had dinner there as well a little bit pricey for the food but overall not bad. I can't deal with all the updates they feel when we pain 140 is probably suffice for a night but I'm not sure it's worth $140 a night. However staff was very friendly, the rooms for the most part were clean in the view of the lake is what you can't beat.

We only stopped here as we were passing through for one night. The breakfast was great, especially the biscuits and cinnamon rolls. The beds were comfortable. The property was perfect and even had a heated pool which my daughter enjoyed very much. We didn't have time to go to their restaurants, but I'm sure we will be back when we have more time. Their staff was super helpful. Overall, great stay!

We had trouble with the a/c at first, it was constantly going on and off. But, we were able to figure it out fairly quickly and no problem from there.

Nice two Queen bed room, Comfortable beds. AC worked well. No carpet in our room, which I like. Hotel is right on Lake. Nice lake views from Aqua restaurant, and from the pool area. Staff in onsite Aqua restaurant and at check in were all friendly. Close to some fast food restaurants and there was a Publix diagonally across the street. Initially booked one night, but ended up booking a second night the next day. Breakfast was standard hotel type and we were fine with it both days.

We stayed on the street side and there is traffic noise. If you don't like street noise, you might want to book one of the lake side rooms.

Ground floor (would have loved a lakeview but none were available. GREAT friendly, prompt service! I've stayed there once before for an event in Cavern Coves and the same this time and have already booked my room for Oct 2024 for the fall event! THANKS! :-) <3

Something you had no control over-- an intoxicated man outside of room 109 beating LOUDLY on the door (next to mine in 107) and yelling at the occupant at 12 midnight and then again at 2am! I saw someone with a "security" tee shirt patrolling the parking lot intermittently earlier. Do you have round-the-clock security?

The manager and check-in staff were amazing and friendly, allowed us an early check in and accommodated our needs. Options were given to check in and out online which saved time and was very helpful. The facility was under construction but did not even notice. Rooms were clean. Lobby and entryways were clean. Breakfast was so delicious. The view is unbelievable! Will definitely stay here again. I honestly have nothing bad to say!

I cannot say anything bad about the hotel or experience.

The location was great. The staff were friendly and attentive.

The walls are paper thin. You hear everything from the neighboring rooms, including people snoring, coughing, opening and closing drawers, etc. Additionally, the local folks hang out at the bar on the property. As a result parking is difficult to find and the smell of marihuana permeates everywhere.

Beautiful place. Amazing hot breakfast 😋. Fishing right outside the room. Very nice pool. They have a bar, but didn't visit. Staff are all so nice and very accommodating. Comfortable beds, nice fluffy pillows, soft sheets, fluffy towels. Gazebos with benches, benches on the dock, places to park your boat on the water. Good fishing. Grills outside bottom for rooms and one at one of the Gazebos. Beautiful view !! Many restaurants in the area. Great seafood places. We will be back. Lisa in housekeeping.. that woman is one hell of a worker !! Top O' The River and Wentzelles were our favorite places to eat.

Ice machines never had ice in them, other people draining them. Not accessible for people in wheelchairs or power chairs to get down to the water.(Didn't effect us, but there was a family with two children in power chairs) Breakfast had no cold options, no cereal, yogurt, muffins, etc.

Was very clean & rooms well stocked, beds were extremelycomfortable! . Staff was over the top friendly and helpful. Pool& view were wonderful.

Parking lot was very dark/no lighting in front half. Restaurant stated they did not serve coffee lunch/dinner. Breakfast was not what we have come to expect from Wyndham & Sadly wasn't an accessible way for to get to docks/fishing/ gazebo for mobility challenged.( I am).

Are the rooms are nice that was a nice view of the lake or the river whichever it is

The staff told us on check-in that breakfast was until 10:00 and the next morning the lady working had to keep insisting that that is on the weekends and like I told her I understand that 10:00 is on the weekends then she should have told us 9:30 for the next day then she kind of got a little bit rude
