It was clean

When we checked in we were put in room 102 in which the bathtub was to high, the shower head would not stay up. It seemed as though the room was for someone that was handicapped and the block out blind was ripped with holes. Neither me nor my husband was handicapped. The desk clerk that checked us in didn’t seem to care was talking about how she ended up in a bad part of Detroit. The next morning I went down to the front desk and was complaining about the room and Violet was the desk clerk and without any hesitation she moved us to a different room. She was very polite and helpful. She is the reason I gave a good review.

Clean, comfortable. Staff was friendly and very helpful.

The first room had drapes that didn’t close. The staff kindly put me in another room. The second room didn’t have any bath towels initially (staff supplied when asked). The air conditioner/fan was noisy. The breakfast had no juices b/c the machine was out of order. Would have liked herbal tea options, alternative milks, and bananas.

The location was very good and easy to find. It was just minutes from our destinations. We were there for a funeral and family. The staff was friendly and cordial. The beds and temperature control very comfortable. The breakfast food was good, however a bit below Comfort Inn standards.

We have noticed that Comfort Inns usually have a higher quality breakfast than some others such as Quality Inn and the prices reflect that, with items such as real butter and half-and-half creamer. This one only offered margarine type spread and artificial creamers. Also, when we arrived, there was a sticky gel like substance on the night stand that we had to clean off.

Great location, close enough to the interstate but no noticeable road noise. Just about the best luggage carts I encountered on the road-traveling by motorcycle, so have saddle bags, trunk, tank bag, helmet and gloves to get from the parking lot to my room. I used some carts at other motels that would not hold all my luggage comfortably. Excellent wifi, that's as necessary when I travel as electricity.

The breakfast was not bad, but could have been better-the container that held the eggs, sausages, and something else i don't recall at the moment didn't keep the food hot-maybe it wasn't plugged in.

Stayed overnight on the way to vacation. The hotel was easy to get to and had plenty of well lit parking. We had two queen rooms. Both rooms were clean and comfortable. I'm a hot sleeper and the AC worked exceptionally well. Breakfast was basic hotel fare, but good options were available to get us on the road. Front desk and breakfast staff were all amazing. Smooth check in and check out. We will probably stay again.

The only complaint I had was the pool was closed due to a broken pump or something. No fault of their own. Things happen

The rooms were spacious especially with 3 kids , plenty of room. The location was near everything .

The guy at the front desk was extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with .

Everything! The staff was friendly and welcoming, the entire facility and room was clean, and the food was great! I stay at a lot of hotels and this one is on my top favorites list.

Only problem was hand-held shower head did not have any water from it, no matter how many handles, knobs or rim of overhead shower I turned. Mattress not very comfortable. L

The staff is very friendly. The rooms are big and the beds & pillows are very comfortable.

I did not like that the pool was not clean. I had to skim the leaves, sticks and cigarette butts out of it before we could get in, and really, that wasn't enough, but we managed.
