Was very easy to find, accurate description of the location. Lynette is the person who was at the check-in, very knowledgeable about the area and helpful. I was exhausted from a long drive, she took the time to talk to me about all the amenities and if I needed anything how to reach the front desk. Properties in the process of renovation, whoever's doing it is doing a great job I even noticed one area, one small Place in the ceiling as I was getting my shower. I mentioned it to them they appreciated it very much.

The staff was great, breakfast was good, and it's a fairly safe area. There were plenty of electrical plug-ins in our room, which is important to us since my husband and myself use CPAP machines. There is a Walmart right across the road, a really good cracker barrel and several other places to eat very close by. It it is everything you need and right off the interstate.

our room had very poor water pressure and the shower did not seem to work very well. we had problems with the hot water in particular. It was late and we were exhausted so we did not bother management except to let them know as we were leaving to look into it.

We loved how clean the room was, no broken furniture or wall damage. Really loved the yogurt at breakfast. Loved they had peanut butter. Loved being able to eat outside. Coffee was great. Loved the French vanilla creamer. Bath tub was great with non-slip bottom. Great water temp and pressure.

The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked it. Gravy for biscuits was a little thin and a little bland. Eggs were rubbery. May have been because we didn't get breakfast till closer to closing time.

This property is located in sort of a secluded place, but conveniently close to restaurants, gas stations and stores. There is a wonderful patio area behind the hotel with beautiful scenery. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. The staff are so kind and this hotel doesn’t charge multiple random charges like most do. The breakfast is the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. They have endless options and they restock the entire breakfast time. Everything is fresh and delicious! Hands down, best hotel we’ve ever stayed at!

The rooms were spacious, the staff is amazing, the grounds are well kept, the breakfast was great and I loved that there was a coffee machine where you can pick things other than just regular coffee such as lattes and cappuccinos. Check in was super easy and fast. You are also close to restaurants, close enough to walk if you wanted to. There is also a Walmart directly across the street at the light so if you run low on something you could literally walk across the street and get it.

The beds are not soft however I was able to sleep comfortably because it is the perfect firmness. You have to cut the TV on by pressing the button on the TV because the remote will not turn it on but it will cut it off and control the channels. The AC did not seem to keep the room cool despite having a ceiling fan. When my daughter and I were eating breakfast, there was a cleaning lady that had a staring problem, and she also stared a hole through us as we were leaving the parking lot. This made me feel uncomfortable but all in all the rest of the stay was excellent.

The hotel is fine…except, update the changing of batteries in the smoke detectors. Having that stupid beep in the adjacent (inactive) room and the one in our room going off late night was very disturbing. Also, tell housekeeping to gather and change towels daily and remove garbage daily.

The check in lady was awesome. She was so very helpful and polite. My husband was hungry, so the little store you had available was a life saver. He said it was the best 6.00 he had spent in a long time! The breakfast was so good.

we got the last room and our water pressure wasn't very good when we took our showers. I used up all of the hot water so my husband had to take a cold shower. Our room was a handicap room and I must say it was very big and accommodating. I would have given a 10 rating but the water pressure was why I didn't.

Staff was very friendly and took care to ensure we were comfortable and safe. We were within walking distance of many fast food places with a Walmart right aceoss the street.

Came during a car convention- it's not the hotel's fault but some of the guests were rather rude in how loud they were getting especially in the wee hours. The parking lot filled up to the point it was difficult to back out of spaces.

Room was very comfortable with an extra area for a pull out couch. Ceiling fans in both areas were a surprise for us. Nice big bathroom and shower was nice and hot...Breakfast was okay. Hot eggs, and sausage.

Furniture was a bit outdated, and bed had a big dip in mattress, which should be changed..

Great location, quiet neighborhood, ceiling fans were a bonus! They offer breakfast but we didn't utilize this so not sure how it was. The rooms are huge compared to other hotels of similar styles. Friendly staff, speedy check-in and check-out, elevators, super soft comfortable beds, clean bathroom.

Elevators are small, so a small family trying to use the elevator with the bell boy cart is a tight fit. Not pet friendly, which is no good because we would have booked again if we were allowed to bring our dog or other pets (reptile show in the area).
