We have stayed at this location before. It is always clean and comfortable, and the front-desk staff were friendly and helpful.

There was nothing to dislike, but it would be nice to have more options for breakfast on the go. There were only 2 mini muffins when we came thru to leave.

When we checked in and went to our room it’s seemed really clean until we went to the bathroom there was feces smeared all over the toilet seat and behind it the lid was up so it wasn’t noticed until someone went to put it down. I contacted the front desk and they immediately moved us to a different room.

Plenty of room to move around and many tables for the crowd.

I only wished they had more fruit on the buffet. There were only apples which are hard to eat for older people without a sharp knife. Bananas, oranges or peaches would be nice

Everything was clean and inviting. Rooms were comfortable and breakfast was nice as well.

Parking was almost an issue. Large trucks and other vehicles took up multiple places but I found one eventually.

I’ve never had a check-in process so simple! My husband and I were traveling from NC to Gulf Shores and this was the perfect stop on our way. The area seemed good and it was super close to the interstate.

The shower head in our bathroom was “meh” as far as water pressure goes, and the A/C unit was very loud when it would kick on.

Location was excellent, close to my supplier and town for dinner. Lights didn't shine in my window. Comfortable bed and pillows. I loved my clean room. Hospitality of the not only the greeting staff, but the kindness of the room cleaners as well.

The morning breakfast sausage was awful looking and didn't look like it was cooked. Yuck.

The breakfast was good, staff was friendly.

I did not get the room I booked but still paid the price , which was extra per night.

Nice friendly staff and very clean facilities. It was also close to the places we were visiting.

Nothing made me unhappy.

My room smelled like smoke and paint,and when I looked in the garbage there was paper towels with paint on them and in the bathroom there was paint on the wall. The toilet was running and my friend fixed that, I just expected better for that price

Dinner room lady was rude to my granddaughter I don’t care what she got going on at home she should’ve been so rude!! I just pray for her !!
