Good location. Close to a lot of different things. Staff was friendly. Price was good. Room was clean and decent. It was doable for what our stay was for. Overall we stayed 3 nights and it was a nice stay.

No coffee pot. Only 3 pillows on a king size bed. Tv was a little weird to figure out. People arguing outside a few rooms down. Seemed like they “lived” in the hotel. But I could be wrong. Housekeepers did break it up tho. It would of been nice to open the curtains up but windows to big and people looking in. A curtain where u can see out but no one can see in would have been cool. With that said nothing is ever perfect but it was decent overall.

The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk staff members were courteous and capable, and the location was convenient. I enjoyed walking my dog near the river, which is behind the inn. It was convenient having a fridge and microwave in the room. It is quite a bonus to bring a pet with incurring an additional fee.

Although the room appeared to be recently refreshed, there were signs of wear and tear in the flooring. The bathroom was fresh and modern, and, like the room, spotless, which more than made up for a rip or two in the flooring.

There was no breakfast offered. They did have a coffee bar. The coffee was ok. It was close to restaurants and gas stations for snacks. We liked the location. Surrounded by water and wildlife made it seem like we were in the country.

They didnt offer a breakfast. The king bed only had three pillows. I had to ask the front desk to open the pool gate because my key wouldnt open it. None of which would make me complain. Over all we were satisfied with our room and our stay.

Good experience .I would like to say Thank you to Holly on reception we had some difficulty with our bank card it seems that Mastercard always gives problems this is something corporate needs to look at . Holly though was most patient and professional and in the end got the thing to work and had us checked in so again Thank you helpful staff are much fewer than might be imagined she was great . On checkout a different lady whose name I missed again was cheerful and helpful so top marks on your front line staff . As for the room no problems other than a slow drain on the sink .Clean , comfy beds microwave fridge plenty of parking , walking range to a few eateries and driving range to everything else.

Other than the fact that Mastercard seems to regularly cause problems whilst working elsewhere nothing to say , but is this a M/Card problem or something in the hotels system , as usual its another computor says no, problem

Everything was perfect for our needs. This is the hotel we will be coming to from now on when we see my family!

This isn't really a huge issue, but there was a lot of dog poop when we went to walk our dog when we were there. We didn't step in it or anything. It's not really an eyesore or anything but just be careful when you walk around with your dog. Other than that it's a good place!

The safety amenities in the accessible king room, parking just outside the door, friendly staff, quiet at night even though it was a busy time (holiday period), number and variety of restaurants nearby, and comfortable bed.

The towels were small and somewhat thin.

Clean and updated decor. Clean facility with very courteous staff. And the location was perfect

The bathtub was a little difficult to get in and out of, because of the height. I did slip and fall into the door, getting out of the tub. But other than that, no other issues

This place has been absolutely phenomenal to us! We live about 4 and a half hours away and are here visiting my husband's grandfather who is in the process of passing. We have been having to stay here day by day and we love it here. The staff is very friendly. Especially the girl with the blue hair!!! She's so sweet and has handled us and all my crazy request every night!!! Def choose this over anything!

The location is handy to everything I needed. Nice to be on the river side of the building this time. The mattress was just the right firmness. The desk clerk remembered me and my dog from our last stay in January. Excellent staff!

As I've mentioned, sheer curtains to allow light in during the day. And coffee in the room. I'd like a sink with a way to hold the water, so I don;t waste water when shaving and needing to rinse the blade.

The property was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. Red Roof Inns are a mixed bag. some, like the one we stayed in the following night in Hagerstown Maryland was a no go on a different trip but the Gadsden Red Roof was the best one I have stayed in. A plus is the lovely lake next to the motel and the numerous restaurants that surround the property. Great staff! Reminded me of a Marriott Courtyard but at a much more reasonable price.
