I was very satisified with front desk personnel, and room accommodations. I will be returning once again this month and end of July. I hope my visit is as nice as the last. I highly recommend the Inn. It was centrally located withing a couple miles from dept store, grocery, thrift stores and fast food. Nice walking park within minutes.

The only thing is, I would like to see the pool re-opened in the near future but it won't discourage me from returning if it doesnt. Other than that, no complaints.

It was noisey through the late night early morning, the outside lights shined through during the night, The bed was comfy, the room was clean and functioned well, loved that we could control the AC unit, microwave and refrigerator came in very handy. The price was very good for the loaction.. Over all we enjoyed our stay . We will stay again in the future and we will recommend to others.

The location was the best.

Our refrigerator quit working around 1am. It wasn't cold whatsoever. We went to the front desk to see about getting it fixed and was told they would move us to another room at 8 or 9am the next morning. All of our groceries were ruined.

I like everything about this place. Friendly folks at check in. And that is fast and seemless. The rooms are always clean and cozy. Beds are very comfortable, they have a nice TV provider and many channels. There is never any noise or drama, everyone there for the same thing it seems. If you get a view on Guntersville you can be mesmerized by the lights and the water. Hillside is just as nice, you look up a very tall mountain/hill. All in all it is my favorite place to stay. I have zero complaints about this hidden gem.

I like everything, there is nothing wrong with this hotel.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Very polite. The rooms were clean and it was peaceful. A nice place to stay. We will book with them again.

They do not offer breakfast of any kind. Also I booked a smoking room but unfortunately we were put into a non-smoking room. The price was not horrible but not offering breakfast, the price was a little high Overall a nice place to stay.

Was there on a fishing trip for 8 days. The room was not bad, the beds are comfy and most of all NO BED BUGS!

No power supply in from of the hotel to plug your boat in and charge your batteries.

It was close to everything. The room was a good size.

Wished they offered breakfast and coffee. They had a very little coffee maker in room [ mine broke] and when made it was just like drinking brown water. The night before we getting ready to leave had to deal with a few roaches

Very basic room but it looks like it's been updated recently. Newer carpet, newer TV etc. The room came with a mini fridge and microwave. We arrived early and asked if it was possible for us to check in early and we were able to get to our room right away. The gentleman at check-in was very nice.

The check in was done at the after hours window. They might have been in the process of remodeling the lobby so, no big deal.

Location is great, got room as requested, can’t walk well and wanted one near the end, they gave me what I asked for. That was awesome. Much appreciated. Great price for what we needed.

No serious dislike. Ceiling in bathroom needs a little TLC and shows age but nothing we couldn’t live with for the price.

The room was very clean, and the staff was friendly.

The beds were a little high to get in for a short person. The ac was struggling, BUT it was unusually hot weather for that area .
