It was definitely a very good price for the accommodations offered. It was pretty quiet and overall well maintained. The room had great working station for me, which is important for remote working folks like myself. Also, the staff was very nice and friendly.

Three things I did not like were their TV set up. It's old school, with an antenna I think. They do not have smart TVs there. Also it wasn't dirty but it could use a good deep clean. The corners need cleaning, they were dusty. Everything else was great. Lastly, their breakfast was a joke. I saw it my first day there, and I didn't even go through there for the rest of my stay.

It was very clean and staff was all friendly. I appreciate having juice water and coffee available in the lobby.

The computer system crashed as soon as we were trying to check in. It was a little inconvenient thinking I was going to have to make last minute plans but that was not the staffs fault as it was just technology and it hardly works the way you want it to so I can’t hold it against the hotel. We were offered popcorn and told it could be awhile. While she could’ve offered a little more reassurance I know she was dealing with a lot while having a lobby full of guests staring at her trying to get their rooms.

Perfect place to stay for visiting friends and family. Great location for exploring the area and surrounded by a great choice of places to eat plenty of local amenities. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious, clean with an excellent aircon. Will definitely stay there again.

For the price we paid, it was a good hotel. The staff was friendly and the hotel was clean. They had a lot more breakfast items than you would think, so that was a nice surprise. The location is great for being right outside the busier areas but you have a lot of food choices to pick from.

Nothing was out of the ordinary and I don't think there was anything I disliked about the place. Maybe the bathroom could be updated a little bit as the bottom of the tub was worn but otherwise, it was a good, quaint place to stay for the evening.

Conveniently located to sports complex with grocery stores and food within walking distance.

Room in 3rd floor felt damp/humid which caused the bed linens to be damp. Front desk was more than happy to accommodate us with fresh linens daily to avoid the dampness

I loved the staff. They were very friendly and accommodating. I never had to ask for more towels, and the beds were made every day when we got back to our room.

I didn't care for the breakfast. It was eggs and sausage already cooked, but you had to heat it up in the microwave. We went out to breakfast every morning! I highly recommend Another Broken Egg Cafe in Guntersville. It's on Guntersville Lake, and the breakfast and view were amazing!!

We travel for baseball. Our budget has to be considered. Microtel is a perfect fit. Rooms are always clean. Kids like the pool.

Im older....the entrance wasn't noticeable at first from street bc I can't see well at night. But we managed.

The room was very comfortable and clean. There was plenty of room for all of us and everyone slept well. The breakfast was simple, but tasty.

Way more mirrors in the room than were necessary. It was a bit small (large beds), so I'm assuming this was to make the room feel more spacious, but they were a bit much.

Location was perfect. Shopping and eating are in walking distance of hotel. Hotel looked and smelled clean when you washed in. Such a fresh look

I was on the 2nd floor and could hear every step the ppl above us took. Luckily it didn't last last into the night.

The staff was very nice. The lobby was inviting. When I was running about 10 minutes late at checkout time i called the front desk to tell them. The lady told me I could stay until noon! That helped so much!

The coffee in the lobby was never hot or fresh. When traveling all night a nice hot cup of coffee when getting to your hotel or even when leaving in the morning, hot coffee is crucial.
