The rooms were clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the rooms was great! Housekeeping staff was so polite, front desk clerks were pleasant

We were disappointed in the breakfast provided. I felt it fell short of what we expect staying at a Wyndham property. There were some snack cakes, packaged oatmeal and yogurt. -There was no fruit (we bought our own after day one), no bread or bagels or any warm prepared foods. My family typically looks forward to breakfast at Wyndham because they usually have waffles or pancakes, eggs, breakfast meats, etc. It was disappointing to have to buy breakfast.

I booked a King Jacuzzi Suite because it was the closest one available for the night on our way to Chattanooga. GREAT tub! Great Jets! Clean.

A light above the jacuzzi. Also the faucet was installed so close to the wall in the bathroom that you can't wash your hands without almost busting open your knuckes. ALso, there's a fridge and microwave, no silverware, no napkins,. Luckily McDonalds has a paved walkway bridge less than 1 minute away so we made a dash for silverware.

Locality of the hotel was good. It also had few friendly restaurants too close like Subway, McD, Taco Bell

Staff weren't polite Day 1, the staff denied to address my concern. I asked her to check the fan in my room not running or turning on. She denied by neither coming to check my room nor raising a complaint to get it addressed later. She also said that it is not her job Day 2, the front desk staff frankly answered no, when we just asked him to fill HOT WATER in the dine area I don't know how the other guests would eat without the break fast refilled. Are we not paying for the break fast?

Convenient location next to interstate. Restaurants and a grocery store close by. Very clean. Nice shower. It's important to keep the a/c, heater, or fan running to counter the road noise. Fridge and microwave were good. Not much of a breakfast, but I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Everything else was fine.

I did not like the thermostat because we could not adjust it correctly. Once it reached a certain temperature, it would blow cold. I was told that was the way the system worked. That doesn't make sense since the temperature outside was cold.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly. The room was clean and smelled good. The bed was comfortable. There wasn't very much outside noise that could be heard from in the room even though the interstate isn't that far away. I didn't use the pool area however I did see it and the pool and the area around it looked very clean and well kept. There were plenty of options for food near the hotel as well. I would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Perfect rest stop during a long highway trip. The room was large, very clean and comfortable. Big comfortable bed. Parking safe and convenient, We appreciated the breakfast. Great value for traveling.

Coffee is available in the room and at breakfast, but neither was what we wanted.

Beds were comfortable. The housekeeper was super nice didn’t get her name but she had a tattoo on her face. Keep her she is a good one excellent cleaner, people we do t have enough of in the industry. ❤️

Monday morning check out I kept on seeing housekeeper out side or our door about 7 8 9 every 30 mim see if we check out she was rushing people out or you motel I did not like to be rush. We had until 11 o'clock to be out

I liked that the location of the hotel was perfect for visiting surrounding attractions such as Cloudland Canyon & Chattanooga.

It rained, but that's not the hotel's fault :-D.
