The room was very clean. Everything worked in the hotel. There were no weird smells. The lady at the front was so welcoming. While this hotel looks a little old from the outside it has all the creature comforts one would need to get a restful night's sleep. Thank you so much. There's a waffle House right next to the hotel. Open 24 hours a day.

The coffee continental breakfast needs a little work but I understand that we are all in trying times right now. You did the best that you could with resources available.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I liked the room, it was clean and comfortable, and the value was obvious. I drove through Chattanooga once, and made a reservation for my return trip, driving late because I knew I would be happy there. Huge easy parking lot, and a swimming pool. The location is great, easy, just off the highway and a cracker barrel one building away - it really is a good choice.

The staff were very very friendly! The property was nicely located. The bed were so comfortable and the linens so soft.

My only complaint was lack of tread on the floor of the bathtub, was a big thing with small kids and I have a bad foot. As well as the limited breakfast options but that was not necessarily a problem. And the fact there was one ice maker on the main floor in a 3 floor hotel was inconvenient. But again not a deal breaker.

Pros: The room was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The shower was hot and had good water pressure. After driving 12 hrs a hot shower and a clean, comfortable bed was appreciated.

Cons: the walls are thin and I could hear other guests. The breakfast area was very small but the waffle house shares the parking lot and there's a cracker barrel within walking distance.

Room was comfortable for the night and was clean. I was thrilled that there was breakfast, but was hoping for more selections (just waffles as the main course).

Whoever heads the front desk needs to realize that it's difficult to hear what they're saying through the glass. I don't know if I said yes to anything I didn't need and felt bad to keep asking him to repeat himself.

I found this place good value for the money. Reception was a very quiet guy but very polite. I asked for an extra blanket and was provided one right away. The place is slightly older and perhaps tired but it was very clean. The bed and pillows were good. Breakfast was waffles and muffins only. Wish it had of been a hot breakfast but that's okay.

It was a nice place to stay for the night. The location was good and close to Lookout Mountain. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was next door to Waffle House if I needed anything else to eat.The breakfast was good.

The breakfast area was a little small for the size of the hotel. Overall it was nice.

The pool had no water in it.

Location right near Ruby Falls.

The pool was not clean that was the only thing that was upsetting. The pictures were misleading. Showed pool with Mt. Views. The view is great but we hoped to swim in pool but it looks like it needs to be drained and repainted or painted. Literally that is the only grievance.

Very professional hotel staff. Our room was very clean and we wanted to extend our stay because our home repairs are not finished yet
