Location was good. Staff was friendly. Price was decent. It's what you would expect. Pool was open and clean. Laundry machine on site. One of each. Coin operated. Walmart was down the street. It was very centrally located.

It's a basic cheap hotel. I don't expect "The Hilton" rooms or decor from a basic hotel. It wasn't bad. My previous hotel in a different city was WAY worse, so this felt like 4 star resort in comparison.

I always stay at this property when I travel to Fort Payne, AL. I come multiple times each year and they are always very kind and always a smile on their faces. They are like family away from home since I have been traveling there for many years. I have no desire to change my place of stay when I come down.

As we all age, the toil of traveling can become harder. Although, I am still young enough to do what I need to do, some of those who travel with me are not. An elevator at this property would be very useful for those who have room upstairs and have to carry all their belongings up the stairs at this time. Sometimes help can be found to bring your item up stair and down the long walk to your room. This is only a suggestion. Not having an elevator will not keep me from staying at this property. It would just make the process much easier when unloading and loading our stuff during and after out stay.

Did not have the breakfast(left way too early) Location was ideal plus had plenty of parking for big trucks

While I give the staff a B+ for effort-mightbwanna make sure they get the ceiling areas cleaned a bit better!! Noticed cobwebs just to the left and above bed area where wall and ceiling met. That was a first for me for sure

Everything clean and new, great location. I travel this route a lot and have been looking for a new regular place.

The pillows were my only drawback. Flat x3 and that's a biggie for me but I may have to bring one. Gonna try it again this week!

You could smell people smoking outside coming in the room and I have asthma really bad so made it a little hard to breathe

The breakfast was below par. It does have a lot of crews working in the area that stay, but it was relatively quiet.

Location and price for one night. Good shower pressure and hot.

Walked in to find refrigerator defrosting with large puddle of water. Office not answering phone to report. Used small pkg of dog potty pads to clean up. No wifi connection.

Toilet seat was missing a bolt and nut and didn't want to stay on and bed was hard but other then that great place

The floor lamp didn't work. I did not to ask for a bottom floor room when making reservations. Two of us have difficulty climbing stairs. Everything else was good.
