Overall it was a very very comfortable stay. You could definitely tell that they're going through a remodel process. Beds were very comfortable and clean

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the lack of breakfast but that was only because that area is going through a remodel. Staff was extremely kind and courteous the whole time

The location was excellent for both eating and shopping. The reason I traveled there was to fish Lake Guntersville and that was very close also. Overall it was an excellent location for everything.

Clean, comfortable room, quiet property. Microwave and very nice sized mini fridge with freezer. Plenty of storage spaces.

Would have like to have had a small coffee pot in the room. The cable reception was not good. Very fuzzy picture on most channels.

In my opinion, I come too Scottsboro at least once a month and this is the best motel I have stayed at.

I have no complaints whatsoever. They have very clean rooms and the staff is exceptional! I have ran late a few times checking out by at least 30 mins or more and they were very understanding. They didn't rush me by any means.

It was in within walking distance of a sports store and fast food restaurants and other restaurants

The refrigerator had a leak and there was no carpet

.Staff was the best thing about the stay. The room really should not have been available to the public because of the fact it did not have anywhere to hang your clothes. I was told that this was because of a remodel in progress... That I thought was supposed to be finished? Also, it was clear that housekeeping was ignoring things, like greasy handprints on the walls, and not sweeping the room. Fridge was very nice, but a bit dirty. The toilet needed adjustment, or internally the water would have run all night. I did it myself.

Staff was friendly and professional. Check in was easy. I liked that there was not carpet on the floors.

Needed a little more dusting around the base boards.

The pool was absolutely beautiful and super clean they have done a great job , the staff are super friendly and helpful over all 10/10 our family will definitely be back

The location was excellent. There were food stores, restrauants and shopping locations right there. It was a great fishing site right there and state parks to see.

It was clean and everything worked. Rob was amazing! He made sure we had a handicap room and that we were taken care of.
