The location was good and it felt like a pretty safe area. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious.

The floor in the room was dirty, so I had to clean my feet off before I went to bed. I was on a road trip and wasn't sure how far I would make it, so I waited to book, and the price went up throughout the day, so it's better to book in advance.

Staff was nice and very helpful. Called to ask if we needed anything. The room was clean. Pool was nice and clean. Good location. Good area. Over all a pleasant stay.

No coffee pot in the room, although there is coffee in the lobby. The mattress was a bit uncomfortable for me.

Overall it was a very very comfortable stay. You could definitely tell that they're going through a remodel process. Beds were very comfortable and clean

The only thing I could possibly complain about is the lack of breakfast but that was only because that area is going through a remodel. Staff was extremely kind and courteous the whole time

The location was excellent for both eating and shopping. The reason I traveled there was to fish Lake Guntersville and that was very close also. Overall it was an excellent location for everything.

Clean, comfortable room, quiet property. Microwave and very nice sized mini fridge with freezer. Plenty of storage spaces.

Would have like to have had a small coffee pot in the room. The cable reception was not good. Very fuzzy picture on most channels.

In my opinion, I come too Scottsboro at least once a month and this is the best motel I have stayed at.

I have no complaints whatsoever. They have very clean rooms and the staff is exceptional! I have ran late a few times checking out by at least 30 mins or more and they were very understanding. They didn't rush me by any means.

It was in within walking distance of a sports store and fast food restaurants and other restaurants

.Staff was the best thing about the stay. The room really should not have been available to the public because of the fact it did not have anywhere to hang your clothes. I was told that this was because of a remodel in progress... That I thought was supposed to be finished? Also, it was clear that housekeeping was ignoring things, like greasy handprints on the walls, and not sweeping the room. Fridge was very nice, but a bit dirty. The toilet needed adjustment, or internally the water would have run all night. I did it myself.

The pool was absolutely beautiful and super clean they have done a great job , the staff are super friendly and helpful over all 10/10 our family will definitely be back
