Employees very friendly. Nice breakfast and kitchen employee was helpful and friendly. Restful bedding. Room was fairly clean.

Lighting too low to apply makeup in bathroom. Poor and/or unsightly maintenance/workmanship in the bathroom. Chalking around toilet unsightly. Metal covering for handicapped hardware (on faucet end of wall) was loose and did not cover the screws and wasn’t attached to the wall. Unsightly chunk of drywall near floor near tub needs repair. Heavy dust was in around hardware on wall lamps by bed. The swinging lid on trashcan beside elevator was filthy! …could tell it had not been cleaned in quite some time. Sign on wall beside elevator, and “numerous” door number signs were crooked..very sloppy workmanship.

We stayed in Oxford as an overnight point on the way from Atlanta airport to Memphis. Its location in respect of the interstate was excellent. There were plenty of good restaurants in the area for an evening meal. The bed was very comfortable, the staff very friendly snd breakfast was outstanding. All in all an excellent place to stay and I recommend it to anyone. The only reason I didn’t tick people with pets is because I don’t know if Vomfort suites allow pets.

Nothing everything was first class

The staff was great!! Better than a 5 star hotel!! There were 5 of us. Travel extensively!! Breakfast much better than expected!! The staff was wonderful. The only problem was , like ALL hotels today, the room lighting is NOT light enough. Rooms need much better and brighter lights!! Great hotel

The location was great. The beds were comfortable and the staff were great. The breakfast was great.

We didn't get what was advertised. It was advertised as having a small food prep area, which was the bathroom sink, the microwave in the room on the TV stand, with that being the primary food prep area.

Very friendly staff, especially the breakfast lady! She was so nice and always offering to take garbage or plates when finished with eating! Bed was comfy. Nice room set up, with nice seating area.

A/C unit was a little louder than average. It was totally fine but we just noticed it was quite loud.

Very clean, comfortable, and everything fell into place like a professional kept hotel. The breakfast was fantastic with eggs, sausage, biscuits, and gravy, oatmeal, grits, your choice of refrigerated foods like boiled eggs, milk, and so on.

There’s nothing I can think of that I did not like.

The hotel common areas and my room were very clean and comfortable. The parking lot was well lit. My room was refreshed daily. The breakfast offered had a variety of choices available each day. Coffee was available 24/7. I would definitely stay there again if I am in the area.

The water pressure of the shower was not ideal, but it was nice and hot.

The breakfast was on point! The breakfast staff (Deana) I believe her name is, was friendly and accommodating. Her level of customer service is exceptional. On checking-in, we were given excellent customer service and support from the lady at the desk. The staff is very customer friendly.

Very clean and BIG rooms. The staff are very friendly and willing to help with any issues. Truthfully,we had a problem with the TV. The desk clerk was quick to come and try to get it working. When we couldn’t get it fixed, she was quickly able to move us to a new room and made everything go as smoothly as possible

Our room was very nice and comfortable. The shower felt wonderful. Just had minor problems, the bathroom door didn't close all the way and the bed was too soft(needed firmness). Other than that, everything was nice and breakfast was delicious 😋. They have the best dark coffee.
