The breakfast was exceptional. The room was wonderful! Lighting needed to be better. Then maybe darkening curtains for night. Was too bright at night. Could hear the ceiling squeak most of the night from quiet neighbor upstairs moving about late/early. Great location and thankful for the 4 way stop now!! Felt a little uncomfy walking from the back of the hotel to the side for entry at night. Very well lit, thank goodness, but still, felt a bit uneasy. So crowded, much activity, traffic. Not a lot of parking but was sufficient.

Lighting in the room could be improved. Darkening curtains for better rest. We got too warm, maybe check thee air conditioning. I would have liked to see more staff attending the front desk and breakfast area specifically.

It was a great stay. Felt safe as it was just my daughter and myself there for a college preview day visit at JSU. Hotel was clean, Friday check-in person was exceptional, room was so cool when we went in and smelled so clean. It was a nice place and will definitely stay there again if given the opportunity.

There is construction going at the hotel but only during the day. It didn't start until at least after 9:00 and was done by at least 6. Not too bothersome. Also the water pressure in the shower was not great, but adjusting the shower head helped but still lacked pressure.

Had tv problems but they changed our room to having same problem but was fixed after a short time. When we moved rooms forgot shirt that was hung in closet until after we left the facility. Called the # and they provided me with the # to the hotel. The gentleman told me to call after 3 but we went back by the hotel and said it was not found in either room So I must’ve taken it. Well I know it was left in the closet of 1st room

Excellent location and accommodations, however the cleanliness of the bathroom was questionable. There was some hair and other materials that should've been removed while cleaning, but were somehow overlooked. Maybe due to time given to clean each room. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in awhile. I would definitely stay again.

Parking a bit cramped. Ice only available on 1st floor.

The location was perfect and it was very clean and smelled really good

We drove 9 hours and had to wait in our car in 103 heat temperature for 2 hours before she would let us check in even though they they had rooms available and she was very rude about it I explained that I was 2 weeks post op surgery and was in a lot of pain that I really needed to just lay down as I was swollen from the long drive an that I would pay to check in 2 hours earlier but she said no which really sucked

The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The shower was the best of any hotel I've ever stayed. The room and lobby were modern and decorated very nicely.

The breakfast was not very good. The sausage links were white. No cooked oatmeal. The coffee tasted like water with color. The carpet in the room had not been vacuumed and the light on desk was dusty. The hallway throw rugs were old and worn.

I have stayed in several of the hotels in this exit for the past 8 years. This is by far the BEST of them all. Newly updated, white glove clean and the staff, friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely make this my "Go To" hotel in my travels back and forth to NC. Thank you for striving and achieving Excellence!!

The computer program aptly doesn't prevent a room from being keyed to two different people. A man not with me, had a key that opened my door. Thankfully I had the deadbolt and top lock on. I yelled through the door that I was in the room. He went away and the front desk called to ask my name. I had to bring up the fact that someone had tried to get in my room. But it worked out ok.

Did not try the breakfast. The location is convenient with plenty of restaurants nearby. Checking in and out was easy, no problems.

I was across from the exercise room so it was a little noisy. There was no view except hotels and cars. I thought the price was a little steep for 1 person.

Hotel seemed either new or newly remodeled. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Exercise room was really nice. Lots of space. Location was great. Very clean

Rooms seemed a bit small and breakfast was ok. Pool area was also small and lots of loitering at night.

The room was nice and bed was comfortable. The breakfast is served until 10am which is nice if you want to wait until the crowd thins out.

Pool is small and only ice machine is on the first floor. Last night there I could hear whoever was above me stomping all around, but that isn't the hotel's fault, just a rude customer.
