Everything (except the pool) :) The staff for superb and exceeded expectations for guests with large groups of baseball players. We absolutely loved our stay and enjoyed their friendly smiling faces! A few things that they did that blew my mind: - ordered late night pizzas and sat in the lobby with gatorades for all the boys and parents and had the TVs on wrestling and cartoons😂 - offered and washed/dried baseball uniforms overnight - supplied the kids in the pool with noodles and swim toys

The pool:( too small and no shallow areas for the little kids.

I did not catch her name, but the lady who worked the day shift on Monday July 10, 2023 was so incredibly kind and helpful. My car was having issues and we had to take it to the mechanic. She was so gracious and helpful in a stressful time. It takes kind souls like her that restores my faith in our world! Thank you again, I am so sorry I didn’t catch your name! LB

Floors were a bit sticky in the bathroom in our room.

Some of the staff were parked in the handicap spaces out front or in the open spaces in the front. They should be reserved for us older patrons

rooms were awkward, bed was too close to wall on opposite side

I liked the bar, friendly staff and very comfortable bed.

I did not like the pool. It was Turning green, there was trash at the bottom of the pool and the room smelled like sewage.
