Staff was amazingly friendly. I was surprised that they had a room with three queen beds. Price was great and I felt like I got a great value.

Access in and out of the hotel was interesting, and it was no fault of the hotel. After arriving and seeing the access points, I was able to figure out what I was doing.

The room was very clean ,and had plenty of room wasn't closed in feeling.. parking was convenient ,and the locations was the best right in the middle of everything.. stores and restaurants everywhere...

The only thing I can complain about is the smell.. it was clean and looked wonderful but it smelled like a hospital.. like it was clean and disinfected...

veryquiet and comfy. Came down to troy to move my son from apt to townhouse and slept very well. easy check in and out. i have stayed several times and every time is pleasant.. The lady at check in was super sweet and helpful, wish all places had her as the first face you see..

Staff was very nice no matter what time of the day we needed them. Very clean.

We didn't get the room we actually booked. And the room we did get smelled like old cigarette smoke. But we put an air freshener in it and that was much better.

Great stay. There are many hotels in this area but so far this is a favorite. We like not going through several doors to get into our room. The woman at the front desk was wonderful.

Front desk are truly kind ladies. They are helpful and knowledgeable about surroundings. We were displaced by our house burning down. Red Cross suggested them and rightly so.

Only the beds! Very uncomfortable. We had to go buy a mattress topper for comfort

That the bathroom needed more attention, prior guests left their hair everywhere. It also it had pet odors. Don't get me wrong, I love pets, just not the smell in their absence .

Very well kept, clean and staff was very respectful of the do not disturb however offered text message to see if I needed anything.

remodel was nice, but attention to detail in the bathroom could have been better.

the shower faucet was loose and there were barely enough towels.
