The breakfast is simply amazing fresh fruit,pastry, and hot dishes served to you, so no one is just nasty hands all over even though it's a buffet,priceless . The room was spacious, and the beds were amazing. i would say just add a blanket in rooms, but all you have to do is ring the front desk, and they will bring it up. Even the view from the rooms is great you can close the whole city. All your eating places are right there. The game night manger reception is worth the whole stay when I say they lay it out with all kinds of meats for taco theme they even had Philly steak,chicken and beef.with strawberry shortcake and banana pudding for dessert. I am such a foode but it made me so happy.

I had to boil water the first night. No hot water in my room and they were so full we couldn't be moved. But I have to say first thing that morning they got it right.and check back if we still wanted to move they could accommodate us. But I would only say one other thing bad the lighting in the room to dark.You only see yourself in restroom.

Great stay! I ordered the omelette with the veggies and plant based sausage that was really tasty. I requested it be pre seasoned and it was delicious, I ate it all 😋

Hilton Garden Inns in the Hilton brand are one of my favorites. I only wish that they would stay modern and appealing in wall art choices in the room. My shower did take longer than normal but it got hot and stayed hot.

We were traveling on New Years Eve. Arrive in the evening and the young girl at front desk was very sweet. I asked about places to eat nearby and she took the time to call restaurants to see if they were open. We had a very comfortable evening and left in the morning to continue our drive. We booked a room that included breakfast, but being New Year's Day, they were not serving. I mentioned it to the girl at front desk and she immediately said she would take the charge off. I appreciated both of the girls working the front desk being so helpful and friendly.

Loved how friendly the staff was. Also, the many options of breakfast and the options that were available for purchase (drink & snacks).

The parking plays a key factor in keeping guest happy. I had to park in the movie theater parking lot because there was no open spaces to park in the parking lot. The trash cans in my room did not have no little trash bags in them, not one trash can in my room. Besides that everything was great, good stay, worth the money.

Great customer service, room was clean and quiet. Had to leave early due to emergency and the staff helped with getting us checked out and on our way with no problems.

No real complaint, everyone was nice and helpful. TV guide if I have to write what I didn't like. I have no negatives to write.

Variety in breakfast menu. Bacon maybe Bed was too high. Literally could not climb up. Staff loaned me a step stool. Was nasty sticky dirty but it did the trick

I liked the bed, comfortable. We were close to elevators and ice machine, did not hear any noise from them. Room kept out hallway noise. The staff was very nice and helpful with any questions. The breakfast was good for a buffet.

The room had too much hair conditioner and no shampoo. I usually bring my own, but my spouse forgot his and had to use mine for color treated hair. He was in shower when realized there was no shampoo. The buffet was good for morning but the way to find out what was included in prepayment of breakfast was confusing. One of my family members was almost charged twice, when they too prepaid. Another system may need to be looked at for future. I was ok, but others may be angry if it happens to them.

The beds was comfortable and room spacious.

The cost of the room for one night very expensive. They should have provided the usual essentials (toothbrush or toothpaste) which is usually part of the stay. I did pack with everything I needed but not everyone does. Also, an extra 50 dollar deposit was charged when I checked in. This was not shown on the booking website. That was an inconvenience. It was returned after checkout but depends on my bank timing.

Thought breakfast was included, but was charged which was ok! Breakfast was good & so was service.

When we walked into the Hilton, we were greeted with smiles and a positive attitude. The place was very clean. You couldn’t ask for a better staff. Very friendly and will carry on in conversations.

There was nothing not to like!
