I arrived late to check in yet the staff at the front desk was accommodating, I was checked into my hotel in less than 10 minutes and snuggled into soft clean sheets. The room had a microwave, fridge, flat screen, and even a day bed by the window. My coworker who forgot a few items was able to get them right from the front desk. Overall a very comfortable stay and great value for the price.

I shared a room with my coworker and was not able to get much work done at the desk because the light was keeping them up. If there was a smaller reading lamp on the desk it would've been perfect.

The housekeeping young lady was awesome. She greeted us with a smile every morning along with the front desk. The location was great and clean, and I love that the vending machines were reasonably priced and worked.

Some of the staff, like the breakfast crew, looked mad or like they didn't want to be there, not friendly at all. The noise from the road was very noisy at night when trying to go to sleep.

My friend and I really liked Kennedy, at the front desk. She met us when we came in and helped us with our bags and offered suggestions on where to eat and what to see. Very personable. Breakfast was ok--food was good but no variety when you stay for more than one day--same exact food each day.

I know it wasn't their fault that the elevator wasn't working but we didn't know about it until the day we were suppose to check in. They did move us from the 4th floor to the 2nd, but my friend had had surgery and didn't think she could handle the stairs, and the response was "We'll cancel your reservation." That was unacceptable because we were already on our way--a 4 hour trip--and we needed a place to stay. No first floor room was available--but Kennedy did help my friend carry her luggage up to our second floor room. Oh, and there wasn't any fruit for breakfast until Monday, the day we left. That would have been nice to have every day (we were there Friday-Monday).

Staff were very helpful and quick check-in and check-out. The room was very nice and well equip with ironing board, microwave, fridge and tv. Breakfast was nice, small amount of cooked food and some snacks, plus coffee and juice.

The windows were a little poor in blocking out the noise from the road near by. Traffic could be heard throughout the night, so if you are a light sleeper, bring some ear plugs.

Check in and check out was super easy, the room was really nice for the price and location was perfect.

The carpet is stained so it looks dirty, the bathroom floor had a little debris missed when sweeping and the pillows are horrible. And there needs to be be more outlets for charging.

Bathroom shower could have been cleaned more and air conditioner looked like it had cat food wasted in it and the fact that the people were up above us real noisy every thing else was excellent

Staff was friendly and the room was clean. They were kind enough to accommodate us by putting us on the first floor after having assigned us to the third floor since the elevator doesn’t work.

Elevator doesn’t work and it should be stated that it doesn’t especially for people that can’t walk stairs due to health issues (husband just recently had open heart surgery). I also requested a first floor room but was assigned a third floor room even after they said they could accommodate my request.

Breakfast was good would of liked to have pancakes or waffles but everything else was great.

The only problem as the water was off when we got there, but when we return to the hotel the water was back on. The carpets in our room needed to be clean but other than that the room is as nice.

Everything inside was clean. The staff was very friendly I like the washer & dryer you can use.

The pool wasn't very clean.. that was my only complaint..

Location to town as well as our room to exit. We were traveling with a pet and room to exit location was perfect!

Breakfast. Eggs had an odd flavor. Coffee taken away when breakfast ended was a bummer
