It was a good kid and pet friendly option. The property had everything you could think of, pools, outdoor lounge with games, arcade, bowling alley, etc-bike rentals and also the purple shuttle to the Grand Canyon stops right in front. Our favorite was a free self serve fresh brewing Starbucks machine in the lobby.

I can’t say anything I didn’t like, but we didn’t stay long because we were on a tight schedule. I can’t say anything about the restaurant. Because we didn’t have time to eat there

Great location very close to the South Rim entrance. Having been to grand hotels all across the world, especially Asia, US hotels very rarely impress me. This was an exception though; the tastefully decorated lobby, the beautiful waterfall feature, the mule deer roaming through the parking spaces morning and evening, all so refreshing! We had a queen room and it was very spacious for our family of 3. Having a microwave in the room is a superb convenience for late night snacks, as restaurants tend to close by 9:30 all around town. The food and drinks at the Pub were adequate for such a location. Plaza Bonita restaurant close by is great for lunch/dinner and Drigo's is great for breakfast. The multiple pool and jacuzzi combos, both indoor and outdoor are a great feature. We had great time playing Table Tennis and the outdoor chess set was a lot of fun. Overall a superb stay!!

The breakfast as other folks have mentioned is an event in itself. It gets very crowded and we found it a much better option to eat at Drigo's, which is just a 2 minute drive down the street.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room and facilities themselves were good — clean, comfortable, and generally well maintained. However, our stay got off to a frustrating start when we were given the wrong room. When we called reception to clarify, the receptionist insisted — rather dismissively — that it was the correct room and made no effort to investigate further. Furthermore he denied searching for any possible solution even if asked friendly multiple times! It wasn’t until we went down to the front desk in person that we were finally helped — and only thanks to Lea, one of the reception staff. She was professional, competent, and genuinely eager to resolve the situation. She confirmed that a mistake had been made and quickly arranged a solution for us as there were no rooms like the one we booked available. Without her, this experience would have left us with a much more negative impression of the hotel. Lea truly saved our stay — and our rating reflects that. If the hotel had more staff like her, it would be a significantly better experience overall.

The receptionist declining our complaint without reasonable action or investigations! Thankfully Leah solved our issue when we complained at the reception in person.

the atmosphere was really nice

when I went to dinner at the main hotel restaurant my service dog was with me, he is a registered service dog with USA service dog, he was wearing his harness with clearly the service dog wording, and I had his card with me, and the manager of the restaurant approached me and said " No dogs allowed " and I showed her my dogs card and he was very quiet and respectful but she acted like she didn't believe me that he was a service dog because her comment to me was"He is awful friendly to be a service dog and the dog should be clearly marked" well my dog Gunny was clearly marked and with an ID . we left with my family the restaurant missed out on a food sale of couple hundred dollars

First and foremost, the genuine hospitality from Jeremi at the front desk was phenomenal. We truly appreciate you making us feel like we were at home and like a friend rather than just a customer. Jeremi informed us of some great benefits for our stay. We are truly grateful of you Jeremi and will definitely be staying here again in the future. Maria at checkout was also very kind and friendly. There was another staff member who blessed our family with arcade credits. I didn't catch his name but I hope he gets recognition. The more I think about it, the more impressed I am with the staff. The lady seating people for breakfast was also very kind and professional. Forgot her name as well but I hope she receives her recognition as well. This place had just about everything you can think of for a fun stay with family and kids. Pool, Jacuzzi, gym, arcade room, bowling! Gift shop, breakfast, mini stores on each floor for snacks. Look forward to coming again. God bless all those involved.

We had such a wonderful experience at this hotel! Everything was super clean and well-maintained, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The kids absolutely loved the pool—it was a major highlight for them! The location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the entrance to the national park, which made getting to and from our adventures each day so easy. One of the best surprises was the breakfast buffet. It had so many fresh and delicious options, something for everyone in the family to enjoy. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting the area, especially with kids!

We liked the location and the amenities the hotel had to offer. They gave smores by the fire pit at night and had an indoor and outdoor swimming pool. They also have a small arcade and bowling alley. We had cocktails at the resturant and we ate a wonderful healthy buffet breakfast. Def recommend this location very close to the Grand Canyon and right in the middle of town.

There was 2 small items. The last night our room did not get any new towels or a new roll of toilet paper. Those things are kinda important. And check was at 4 but our room wasn't ready until after 5, but we had just arrived and we're able to get dinner and immediately return to check in. The manager was very nice.

Hotel location was perfect but the hotel was one of the only options available to us. The day we arrived was the same day that the hotel was undertaking a rebranding so signage was somewhat inconsistent and the rooms were still in need of updating and repainting. The lobby was updated and rebranded.

The breakfast was terrible: we found hairs in one of our meals including the replacement meal that was supposed to NOT have a hair in it. In addition, the wait time after ordering our breakfast was over an hour, despite other tables that arrived after us receiving their food before us. The food was also not prepared or served the way it was ordered or described. Hopefully all of those are growing pains from the recent rebranding.

The location was excellent—very close to the entrance of the Canyon National Park and within walking distance to Starbucks, McDonald’s, and a general store. Plenty of free parking was available, which was very convenient. The gym was large and had brand-new equipment, and the pool area was spacious. The hotel also had a small convenience store, which was a nice touch. Our rooms were big, and the check-in and check-out process was quick and easy. The dinner restaurant on-site was also very good.

There was a booking issue—I had cancelled one of the three rooms, but the cancellation didn’t reflect in the hotel’s system, and I was still charged for it. I’m currently waiting for a refund. The corridors were dimly lit and had trash on the floor, which didn’t leave a great impression. Also, we booked two rooms, but they ended up in completely separate buildings, which was inconvenient. The gym and pool were in another building as well, making access a bit of a hassle. Lastly, no breakfast was included in the room price, which made the overall stay feel overpriced.

Location was good & convenient to reach the Grand Canyon. Room & Bathroom were huge. Parking was easy. Refillable cold water machine at front desk.

Pillows are too flat, the coffee machine makes lukewarm warm coffee, no kettle in the room to make tea - they tell you to come out to reception! Fancy doing that when you’re in your pyjamas? No kettles available on request either (most hotels will oblige) and only paper cups for coffee with packets of sugar and plastic swizzle sticks all wrapped in plastic. This is not sustainable living, they should go back to basics with ceramic cups and steel spoons which can be washed and reused.
