Beautiful hotel with several accommodations and easy access to the Grand Canyon.

There were several people in the pool dressed inappropriately-underwear instead of swim trunks and revealing thong bathing suits and they were acting inappropriately in the hot tub. As the hotel is supposed to be family friendly , I feel as though there should be strictly enforced dress code and behavior. Its unfortunate that my children couldn't enjoy the pool area without witnessing lewd behavior. Also, upon arrival to our room, the A/C wasn't blowing-the filters were caked with dust, and the sink in the bathroom wasn't draining. Maintenence took care of it after a quick phone call, but a $300/night hotel shouldn't have these kinds of issues to begin with.

The room was quiet, bed comfortable and we have had good nights of sleep. It is very close to the entrance of the grand canyon so excellent location. For dinner we enjoy the buffet at the other hotel Yavapai (in the grand canyon) excellent food/great price. Personal at reception and during breakfast are very customer service oriented and very kind. In the evening you can hear from the room the coyotes/wolves howling, cool experience which remains you that you are at the Grand Canyon!

Breakfast is not included in the price; the choices of the breakfast lack of more healthy options such as vegetables, salmon and additional fruits and cheese. The room misses a Towelling Bath Robe to be able to go to the swimming pool or jacuzzi.

The atmosphere and decor of the hotel was nice. I liked that our room was reasonably sized and had a balcony. Good assortment of toiletries in the bathroom

Like most hotel rooms, there is really no space for suitcases, especially when you have three travellers. Also the location was ok but if I was visiting the Grand Canyon again I would elect to stay in the National Park as the line up yo enter the park is extremely long sometimes. The sink in our bathroom had trouble draining alit of the time. No on-site guest laundry although one was available at a nearby RV park

The staff were super friendly and the open key app was handy where we could go straight to our room upon arrival. We’d just come from the Bellagio in Vegas where they wanted to charge me $50 rental for a kettle so it was lovely to be able to have my nightly cup of tea without hassle (or paying more!).

The only thing would be the curtains didn’t close all the way. Only the sheers. The full curtains just had tracks long enough for the sides. Oh and my boys got very affected by the chlorine in the pool- had to get them an itch cream to settle down the rash. Their faces were so dry, poor things.

Beautiful hotel in a great location for visiting the Grand Canyon. Ample parking. Very welcoming and friendly staff. Loved the ‘Dutton Ranch’ themed lobby area. Very clean and comfortable rooms with well stocked bathrooms. The breakfast buffet had many choices to suit all appetites. And the bar area was cosy and relaxed. The main dining area is tastefully decorated in traditional American Indian theme.. did not eat dinner here but enjoyed the surroundings for our breakfast buffet.

My only little complaint was that being a tea drinker there was not a variety of tea bags provided in our room but there was a coffee station.

Property was nice. Did check in early and was given option of a discounted dinner so we made reservations. Dinner total was still $150 and it was terrible. Each got a steak (ribeye and a filet) both ordered as medium. Ribeye was raw and filet was over cooked. Both were tough and full of gristle. The manager said she would give us another discount. We received the discount of $2.30. We asked again and they stated that was wrong. Finally got the price right BUT realized then that I had ordered an $8 glass of wine and the waitress offered me an option because she made it seem as if they no longer had the one I ordered. I was charged $15 instead. The room was great and the lodge atmosphere was great. Just shouldn’t have eaten at the restaurant.

The bathroom is awesome! I REALLY LOVE THE BATHTUB 🥺💖 The bed is amazing too. They have free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate in the lobby 24/7, plus an ATM machine inside. Their restaurant is incredible ✨ the food is so good, it’s amazing! ❤️

The woman at the hotel store was lowkey scary. I opened my phone because I had a message, and she immediately shouted, 'No photos allowed.' I was like, 'I wasn’t taking photos, I just got a message. Let’s go, hunnie.' I was about to buy something, but she judged me as if I was only there to take pictures and not actually buy. Dude, I have money 🙄

Very comfortable hotel and high quality room. Spacious, excellent shower and bath with lots of rich cosmetics and extras. Location perfect for visiting Grand Canyon south rim. Staff friendly and helpful. Western style decor around lobby very impressive. Everything you would expect from a five star hotel!

Automatic $75 per night deposit. Online registration and check-in very time consuming and in the end useless. No room service and no food or drink in middle of day as bar not open until 16:00. No room robes for swimming pool, even though no changing rooms at pool and hot tub. Online check-out wanted to know exact time I was leaving the night before. Restaurant staff wanted personal details before admitting to a table, even though the hotel had already received such.

We were sold by the fridge and microwave because we all have odd diet restrictions that make eating out a challenge. The cleanliness and quiet was superb. I loved the hot tub and deep bathtubs in the rooms. The lobby fireplace (and other lounge zones) with comfortable and classy couches was perfect any time of day, and the free cookies and hot drinks were appreciated. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Having a restaurant, bar and gift shop on sight was nice, but I only really used the bar.

I have no complaints. This hotel was perfect for us. I’d strongly suggest it to others.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel. The restaurant offers delicious dishes at reasonable prices, especially compared to the overpriced options in the area. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a wide selection at a fair price. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Very friendly and helpful staff - big thank you!

Prices quiet high, but to be fair the other options in close distance feel way more overpriced.
