The whole hotel, even the parking lot, was very clean. It was right in the middle of the local metro area but wasn't cramped in the middle of town. The little creek and outdoor Pavillion was very cute and added with the landscaping was pretty. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor pool was nice. It isn't a large hotel so it didn't seem crowded even though it was mostly full.

I believe a hot tub at the pool and a larger option/full breakfast instead of a contential style would be more in line with the cost of the stay, or concider lowering the cost as the hotel only has a 2 star rating where $80-85 is more reasonable. I still believe I got a good value, but this suggestion of added amenities could increase your ratings, add value to your stay and pull more people willing to pay $125+ a night. I wanted to stay again in November but I wasn't willing to pay what they asked of $125+.

Check-in was easy. The room was cool and quiet. The pool temp. was in the mid 80's and was refreshing. For once we did not have issue with the room cards and they always worked as advertised.

Suggest more pool towels for the guests during the summer season. Suggest they add assorted muffins to the breakfast selections. Finally, the operation of the shower should be explained maybe at check in, it was not intuitive.

Even though the property is older and just a little worn in places, the room was so comfortable, temperature perfect, bed very comfortable, had a small frig and microwave. The room was VERY clean. Nice indoor pool for those who would want one. A small coin laundry and small workout room on property. Standard breakfast. Location is very close to I49 and close to shopping in Rogers.

Traffic is heavy when trying to get out. Go out the back way, turn right and go to the traffic light to turn left.

Hotel is very clean. The room stayed nice and cold the whole time. Not sure what the young man's name was who checked us in but he was very friendly and interacted with our toddlers so that always makes your stay better. We got the room with a hot tub & would definitely consider getting again

It was very clean and comfortable. Location is right off the interstate and close to all kinds of restaurants and stores. Breakfast was simple but adequate.

There was a strong perfumed scent throughout the lobby area and permeated the entire first floor. It was somewhat over powering.

Large jacuzzi tub in room. Staff was helpful, ( i need an extra blanket) got one immediately. Everything looked clean. Breakfast was great. Probably the best experience I've had from a motel 8. Pleasantly surprised.

The price was reasonable. The location was great and felt safe. Near lots of restaurants. The pool was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included - the cooked food wasn’t the best, but did offer many options.

The room had a weird humidity smell. Don’t know if it’s the carpet (don’t like hotel rooms with carpet) or embedded in the walls.

Easy access off interstate. Quiet. Clean and plenty of parking. Staff is nice and will get what you need when requested.

Breakfast is not appealing here, ever. We just eat local.

The entire staff was amazing! so helpful and kind! It was clean and the beds were comfy!

I really didn’t dis-like anything. The only thing I think they could improve on is breakfast.

A little disappointed there were no eggs. For the price of the room I expected a little more.

The aroma in the lobby and halls was a bit overpowering. Made me wonder if they were trying to cover up or hide something. Our room overlooked the outside entry which was a congregation point for smokers. Their conversation was easily heard and went on till after midnight. Suggest you establish a smoking area away from the room windows so guest can get a good night's sleep.
