The location suited our need, including several good fast food restaurants across the parking lot. The bed was very comfortable and there were a variety of types of pillows to choose from. We liked that there was a couch in the room and a nightlight.

Some of the breakfast items were not very tasty, in our opinion. The hair dryer was somewhat damaged, but the proprietor was told and he said he would replace it. Also, there were no USB plugs for phone charging. We had plenty of cords, and there were plenty of outlets but nothing to plug them in to.

The location for the property was great! Behind the hotel, the parking lot was quite large which was super convenient for my husband and I as we were renting a trailer to haul stuff from our storage unit after our stay! Also, there were little league baseball teams staying as well and it was a great space for the littles to play outside and burn some energy!

I wish the complimentary breakfast lasted a little longer! My teenagers and I missed it both times due to so many other guests beating us to it :) lol

The only drawback was that one of my friends is very short and she had a hard time getting into the bed because they were so high. Recommend that you maintain a few foot stools for short people, lol. Also your breakfast menu could be rotated. Not the same items every day.

Very nice! Clean and comfortable

They put me in a HC room and I reserved it 3 weeks in advance. I’m 6’6” and couldn’t look in a mirror without almost kneeling down. Also there were several youth baseball teams there. The kids were out of control! Hats off to their parents😏

We stayed at your hotel July 11-15. The morning desk clerk, I do not remember her name, was friendly, extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very pleasant. Answered all our questions in a timely and efficient manner.  An asset to your hotel.

During our stay (July 11-15), the afternoon/evening desk clerk, Paul, was the opposite of the morning clerk. He didn't leave a good impression on us. I would recommend he be given a good amount of customer service training.

The property was clean and quiet for its proximity to the highway. Walkable to nearby fast food and ice cream.

No complaints except breakfast was sparse and most things were gone by 7:15.

Paul checked me in and was discreet and respectful when I needed a personal item. Very pleasant and cheerful about his work.

The air conditioning went out (indicated thermostat needed batteries). The gentleman that came up (don't know his name) seemed a little off put by my asking for help. He changed the batteries but did not seem to work.....

Location very convenient. Breakfast better than traditional continental breakfast. Would like a couple of added items for variety from the Saturday morning breakfast to the Sunday morning breakfast. Biscuits a little hard and cold

I think there should be available coffee for both mornings when booking for two days.

Friendly welcome, and the room was as expected and clean. We asked for a late check out and he was happy to do that, though we ended up not needing it. Nice fridge/coffee area in the room.

The breakfast area is tiny, almost like a big closet. Our TV had a big blurry spot, but we weren't there to watch TV.
