Holly at the front desk was so nice she helps us with the double booking that happened with a smile on her face saying not to worry and then upgraded our room. She also helped us find a steak restaurant. She suggested the all American steakhouse. The food was incredible. We ate there 2 meals.

Honestly I can’t think of anything. The beds were a bit harder than my liking but that is a personal preference. I did go out and climb on the pull out couch and slept like a baby. Usually those ante uncomfortable but I thought it was great !

I had requested an accessible room. When we got there, room was not accessible so they changed it over to one having 2 queens instead of a king. The only difference in our room and our friends' room was a handicap bar down the middle of the shower. I couldn't step into the tub and there were no bars to help me get on and off the toilet. It was definitely not a handicap accessible room as It was passed off to be. Very disappointing.

I loved that the entry had a large space for our baseball team to be able to gather in the mornings or evenings to hang out. It was also nice that no matter how late people stayed up gathering it was not near rooms so people could still get peace and quiet for sleep. The breakfast was good as well!

I didn’t like that the hotel staff did not refresh towels daily for the rooms but all I had to do was ask the front staff and they supplied me with anything needed quickly.

When we went to checkout, the gentleman behind the desk told my wife that we couldn’t checkout because all the taxes hadn’t been paid by booking, so was charged 25.20 so he would let us checkout, I think my wife did text booking but in about 5 minutes the manger texted my wife and we were refunded the 25.20 and was sorry for the mixup.

Adult breakfast cereal (raisin bran) was a BIG PLUS.

No or limited fresh fruit available for breakfast was a disappointment. My room faced the interstate, so there was a constant din of traffic noise.

The breakfast was pretty good. Could have a few more choices. Room was very clean, pool was very nice & clean. The beds could be more comfortable, but overall a good hotel. Would stay again.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were so helpful! the outdoor pool was good size and not very busy so definitely a huge plus!!

There was nothing negative about the stay. The only dislike I had was the bed was overly firm. Not my type of mattress but if you like firm it’s perfect.

The room was very clean and comfortable.

The freeway is very close to the building, so the side we stayed in you could hear the traffic quite clearly.

I liked the overall comfort I felt and the amenities provided
