The bed was super comfortable, and the blinds kept the room nice and dark for sleeping in easily. Also loved the toiletries in the shower! The view from our room was unbeatable. Getting drinks at the bar and sitting on the outside patio near the pool at night was especially enjoyable - loved the swing we sat in. All of the staff we encountered were super friendly and helpful and personable. Other hotels could learn a thing or two from Aloft's staff!

I thought I had booked a room with breakfast included, but apparently hadn't. That was my fault, though. I would just make sure that if you want breakfast included to call the hotel after booking to make sure you booked it correctly.

I like how it has a younger vibe. (Geared more toward the younger, or young at heart crowd.

The a/c in our room was short-cycling, so it was not running long enough to cool the room. When we got back from the show at The AMP, it felt like muggy in the room. However, they made it right and put us in another room where the air was working great. I was amazed at how quick and simple the room change was. Enjoyed it.

The room was very different from other hotels that we have stayed at. Bed was comfortable, pillows were a little to soft for my liking. For me a small table and chairs would have been nice so you could eat in your room. Shower was nice I only wish would have been a different shower head. I felt like I still had some soap on me and I don't think my hair rinsed out good.

The prices in the lobby for chips, drinks and other items. It was spendy. The shower head where you could change from like a rain to a message would have been great

Aloft is a great value. The Bentonville/Rogers location is conveniently located to the interstate and an easy jumping-off point. The beds are always comfortable and the rooms clean.

This particular Aloft is about due to a facelift. While always clean, it has been well used.

Another great stay at aloft this is our go to when we go for a concert. I like the layout of the rooms with the nice walk in shower. Always very clean also.

Not much of a breakfast but we have a great local place we like to go for breakfast anyway.

You have everything you need at the property! The staff was so informative with all of my questions about the stay and the concert we were attending. The staff person that checked me in was the kindest person!

There was nothing at all!

The only thing we didn’t like was how loud the music at bar area was while walking through to get to elevator. We could still hear it a little bit on 3rd floor also. Other than this everything else was nice.

It was nice and well set up for a quick stay. Plenty of room to put bags and suitcases. We left an item behind and staff reached out to let us know. We would stay here again.

The blinds were weird and got hung up a lot.

The Staff was incredibly nice and helpful. Very Cheerful!

The Breakfast was not free, they ran out of coffee, and was worries about using any of the extras in the room in case we were charged for it without knowing.

Tracy (I think) the desk clerk was delightful and the GOOD hair dryer was a bonus and pleasant surprise. The female bartender was very nice also.
