Staff was warm, friendly, professional and accomadating. While the room was small, it's design made it work well and we travel with lots of stuff. The King bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. Everything worked well. I appreciated that the windows opened for fresh air. Quick and easy 10 minute drive to Crystal Bridges and downtown Bentonville. Restaurants and shopping nearby. Lots of parking. Great breakfast and excellent coffee! We got a great deal on booking,com that made it more affordable than the other options in the area. Would definitely return to The Block.

I loved the beds and bedding. Best nights sleep in a long time. I would like to know what matress and pillows yall use. The service desk was very friendly. The room was very clean. Could have smelled a little better, just a bit musty. Breakfast was yummy. Thanks for a hot breakfast on the house.

The kids really wanted to work out at the gym. They said it only had a tread mill. I didn't see it, though. The toilet seat was loose. Slid when you sat down. For breakfast, the kids wanted pastry. Like donuts, strudel or maybe pancakes. However, I really liked the eggs and biscuits and gravey.

The staff was very friendly, better than anywhere I've stayed recently. I think front desk staff have just gone downhill completely and these guys and gals were fantastic. The lobby area was nice and also clean. Room was nice, also clean. All the amenities you needed were there. Breakfast was really good, another thing I think that has gone downhill in hotels lately and this was wonderful, well-stocked and clean.

I didn't like the bed, it was extremity soft and for those with a bad back that is a poor nights sleep, but not necessarily the hotels fault, I just prefer a nicer firmer bed.

Love this hotel, The location is perfect for downtown Bentonville, very near the Crystal Bridges Museum etc, plenty of good places to eat nearby, It is reasonably priced, the rooms are spotless and well equipped and the beds really comfy and the staff are always friendly, polite and helpful. There is a great selection of things for breakfast every morning and also a really cool coffee machine to make all your funky coffee's We have stayed here twice now and i know we will be back many more times in the future! i can't recommend it highly enough 😊

Our group had several likes to include: curb appeal, the lobby, the size of the rooms, the complimentary water in the lobby was delicious, breakfast and the variety of toppings for the waffles. Prices for the rooms were reasonable (we had 5 rooms). The proximity to our destination worked out great! The location is close to restaurants, shopping and the interstate. Plenty of towels and the rooms were very clean. Beds/pillows were comfortable. The property appeared updated, staff were all friendly and responsive to questions. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel. It was a good choice!

Although the code to one room did not initially work, the staff were apologetic and were timely in resolving the issue, would have liked an individual bedside table lamp, there were limited outlets to charge devices (non near the bed), no fridge or microwave in the queen suite and ice machine on lobby floor (we were on the 3rd floor). There was a crowd for breakfast and the serving dishes were a bit small which caused a delay in refilling.

Through technology, they have done away with the need for plastic keys. Each door is programmed with a changing code that is sent to your cell when you check in. It's pretty neat. The feel is very industrial and modern. They are very pet friendly. The fridge in the room was excellent. Beds were comfortable and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I wish we could have stayed longer.

The shower head was a little leaky and we found pet food in our room from a previous guest. Not the worst thing in the world.

I appreciate there is breakfast, though what usually entices me -eggs- were so oily and buttery that I couldn’t eat them. The coffee was great! The room was clean and the mattress very comfortable! Staff was very nice and attentive.

I like the decor, and a lamp at the bedside would have added to have. Reading in bed - well you have to blast fluorescent lights overhead! Something in between please!

The breakfast was pretty good. There are like 8 or more choices of tea, a Kuerig machine that makes like 60 different combinations of coffee and hot chocolate, waffles, all the regular stuff. They offer almond and oat milk. The bed was comfortable. Nice size tub for soaking. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker in room.

The lobby decor was beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. The staff were attentive and accommodating. I asked for a hairdryer because ours was broken and she helped me right away.

Bad water pressure in the shower. The beds are way too lumpy with no support. The room was smaller and I paid for Queen Deluxe. We were right next to the back door and were woke up every time it opened and closed.

The lobby is absolutely lovely since the remodel. The rooms are very nice and we love no carpet!!! Much cleaner

The coffee and food have gone way down hill. The coffee was sludge, the biscuits were hard as rocks, the eggs were not replenished and it was only 8 am they were like rubber. Not sure if you changed food providers or preparers but it was a horrible and we were both very sick from it
