Amongst the most affordable Motels in ritzy Bentonville, I was not disappointed. Clean cold well sized room, some facing a pool, others like mine had both access to car parked 10 ft away and hallway access. Good ace machine, fast internet, very kind working class employees. Breakfast offering typical at this price point offering, Yogurt, prepackaged muffins, self cook sugar waffles, milk and cereal. If you enjoy a good night sleep, save yourself a lot of money and stay here and take yourself out to a wonderful dinner at the most classic Dennys and a high end burger joint about 1 minute walk adjacent.

No fruit, eggs, meat offered for breakfast.

Very clean in room. All staff was good but the head boss.

I booked with a friend who made reservation with a handicap room in the notes. Instead of holding a room. they rent it out. Wouldn't give a discount. Our dad's 77 and veteran they made her walk him up the stairs. he was hurting from the walk-up stairs. Yes, the next got her one.

Great staff and very helpful....My girlfriend had a medical emergency (dangerously low blood sugar) and they let us checkout later than normal as we worked to get it back to normal.

No complaints other than it was kind of dark with just the lighting from the two lamps.

I liked the room, the staff was friendly & check in was quick & easy. It was comfortable & clean.

The tv remote didn’t work & anytime I needed to speak with the front desk it was a long wait. It was busy tho.

Location was great. We were in a hurry, so missed out on the breakfast. In town for the Fantasy Renaissance Faire (Rentopia). It was a good time, great city. Felt safe at this motel.

Walls were not sound proof, we could hear our neighbors doing everything lol

It was convenient to town. Allowed my fur baby.

Not enough coffee and sugar in room, not enough towels and wash clothes in room. Should be at least 4 pillows per bed instead of 3.

It's a humble little place, and the price was always right I'm just glad to have a decent comfy place to stay :)

Roaches...but again it's a temporary home

I loved the decor and the location. The layout was easy to follow, and the bathroom had warm water. The beds were comfy, and it was a lovely place to stay

The breakfast was limited to cereal, which isn't horrible. We got the jacuzzi for the King Suite, and it didn't work (or if it did, we didn't know how to work it).

I like the rooms. I get good sleep there. The staff is friendly & helpful.

The outlets don’t usually work. I usually have to unplug a light to charge my phone.

Great location , clean room .

Breakfast lacked , and that would be fine , if you noted it was a continental breakfast. Would be helpful . Not enough wash rags in room , some of the electrical outlets didn't work . One seemed unsafe .
