The location is fantastic for me as it is close to family. I love coming here as the staff is always so friendly and accommodating. We usually use Hot tub, but schedule didn't allow this visit, but its a bonus to relax some weary bones for sure!! Breakfast was fabulous also and the sausage seemed extra delicious!! Thank you for everything!!!

I have no complaint really, other than maybe could have been a bit closer to elevator with 2 elderly ladies, but I didn't think to ask about it as I am sure it would have happened if I had requested.

This hotel has a classic feel to it. From the tile floors of the lobby, to the beautiful custom mosaic floor of the elevator, the theme screams classic Mexican heritage. The rooms are very comfortable and well maintained. The grounds are perfectly manicured and pleasant. Centrally located with easy access to roads and food. The staff seemed happy and were extremely welcoming and friendly. Very impressed with our stay.

Beautiful vintage property, very well maintained. A special shout out to Paola, whom I could not personally thank on my way out. She was amazingly kind - ensuring we got fed when the flight reached very late, going out of the way to help me protect some product samples... Thank you Paola! Will be back soon :)

All is well.. no negatives

Very good location about one mile off the freeway. Easy to get to a bike path as well. Room was comfortable and spacious. Staff were friendly and professional. Breakfast choices were diverse (eggs, cereal, fruit). A bonus was the use of a washer and dryer ($2.50 for each), which came in handy as we were on a two month van camping trip. Another bonus was being next door to a Starbucks (we're from the PNW so good coffee is a must).

The heat/AC unit was noisy. We turned it off for sleeping. We skipped the coffee (we were not expecting good coffee as most places make it too weak for our tastes).

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was good. What we liked the most was that it was clean. That is our most preferred requirement where we stay.

The TV lineup was awful. When you're tired from traveling it would be nice to have decent shows to watch on TV. May think about adding streaming channels.

The staff was excellent. The hotel was very, very clean. My first thought was that this hotel hasn't been updated yet, however, the cleanliness and the staff very much made up for it! Excellence throughout.

Older hotel, not yet updated, but staff and cleanliness made it all good.

The King Suite was spacious and very comfortable. We brought our bicycles, which we do often. We had ease of access bringing them in and out on the first floor with an exit door close by. The room was clean and the staff was wonderful! We extended our trip by a day and booked another 3 days in September.

Paula, who worked the desk was amazing! She helped my group with questions about things to do locally. Her personality is perfect for her position at the hotel. Breakfast was very good too!

At first, I would have said parking but after we discovered the back lot (which lets you cut through the outside table area) we started using it all of the time.

The room was clean and the bed was pretty comfortable. The staff was all friendly and helpful.

There was a guest a couple rooms down who brought their little yip yip dog that barked at every sound all night long. I'm all for traveling with pets, but dogs that bark all night are obnoxious to other guests. I was glad I was only driving a few hours the next day.

Comfortable beds, large room, nice pool, and pleasant breakfast room. Staff was partcularly helpful with directions to local sites and requests for items. The location was very easy to locate from the interstate. Plentiful breakfast choices: bagels, toast, cereal, waffles, eggs, juices,.

Coffee seemed to have a chlorine taste and needed to be hotter. A tv channel guide was not available in the room or at the front desk I would have appreciated clean towels daily and beds made daily. Having sheets changed every three days was fine and conserves water. I appreciate the latter.
