Everything was wonderful!

Seriously, the only negative was the TV. It’s time for an update. The channel guide doesn’t even work. There is a list of channels provided, but can’t even see what shows are playing. No login option for streaming services. Very out of date. And the fridge doesn’t get cold enough, but that is the same everywhere. So two very minor complaints, and that’s just being picky. I would absolutely stay here again.

I LOVED the bed and pillows. I like that there was a separate working/living room space from the bedroom and bathroom. AMAZED to see an ACTUAL bathtub! I happily took a long bath. I personally love when hotels have the large toiletries attached to the walls in the bathroom. Easy, convenient, use as much as you need, reduces waste.

Had to wait 10 min for my airport shuttle in the morning, but it was 4am so I get it! I still had plenty of time to check my bag at the airport and get breakfast before my flight. The staff was very apologetic and friendly.

Definitely several cuts above a chain hotel!! Beautifully and tastefully decorated, spacious rooms and attentive staff.

Clean, super friendly staff, and quiet, comfortable room.

The cost was slightly more than I hoped for, and a $16 breakfast buffet for a kid that ate 6 bites was steep, but all else was great.

Staff was great when we were there, esp the shuttle drivers! Room was pleasant. We loved the tall blue chair! Nice to have microwave and refrig. Bed is super comfortable! Loved the A.C.

We were right over the ballroom on the second floor and there was very very loud music until midnight on Saturday. Our room was vibrating to the sounds. The tubs do not have solid bottoms, which is not so nice. I'm replacing my tubs at home and I have told my company that I won't have that.

From the time I walked through the doors it was an absolute pleasure! From all the staff to the awesome room ~ everything was fantastic!!!

Everything was nice. We had to leave early so we weren’t able to use all the amenities available.

very clean …. they had our room ready short notice 3and 1/2 hours ahead of schedule the accommodations were top notch … we were made to feel special the room itself was more than we could have hope for the lounge stayed open so my husband and I could visit have a cpl drinks and get reacquainted after 6 long months of being apart and his 5 hour drive to get here (due to illness ..and work)we were even given a complimentary hot breakfast due to the fact we had such an aweful experience the night before at a previous hotel … the staff here at Doubletree really made our stay very special and we both will never forget it and we will return that’s a promise as my husband had to drive 5 hours back to another part of Arkansas and I am still in this area so we will reunite again and in hopes of doing so gladly with Doubletree staff and accommodations to help us through this trying time …… THANK YOU

A little far from all the action in Bentonville. That’s why shuttle was so helpful. Couldn’t safely cross the street in front of hotel!!

Beds were very comfortable and I was upgraded at no extra charge, that was helpful

Breakfast could be better for the cost.
