The hotel was clean, comfortable, and easy to find.

We had a minor issue checking in with an employee who wasn’t sure how to find our reservation amid a software transition. We were trying to check in about two hours early, and the room was ready, but she didn’t know how to actually check us in without double-charging my credit card. We simply left for a few hours to enjoy the museum in town, and when we came back after the standard check-in time, the manager had returned, and we all discovered that she had managed to check us in somehow after we’d left. Everyone was very nice about this little issue, and since this was the only hiccup in our stay, I’d say we had a great visit.

Camillo the manager was super helpful and kind, helped us fix an issue where I had paid in advanced but booking.com never sent the payment, so he navigated their customer support with me and got us our room no problem. He gave us stellar recommendations to local food and drinks. Xavier also shuttled us to and from the concert venue we came to town for, very professional. Great experience with the staff. The room was clean and cozy, facilities were all pristine. Excellent stay.

Booking.com didn't send our payment, and three other guests checking in had the same problem. Will not be using booking.com again anytime soon. No issues whatsoever on the hotels end, they were great.

I liked the accomodations, the pool and especially liked the assistance of the staff and especially the general manager who went out of his way to help me with my reservation problem.

I did not like that Booking.com booked and charged me for my 2 rooms that I requested and then only forwarded to the hotel a reservation for just one room......and there's virtually nothing that showed me who/where to contact about that mess.

The breakfast was good when you could get it there were so many baseball teams, and such that we didn’t always have food for breakfast. We went to out of the Forge days at 8:30 and there was nothing. We didn’t even have coffee. it was empty all of the containers even the oatmeal were empty. When we asked the manager about it, she said that the person had only been doing it for two weeks in. There wasn’t enough people to help prepare the food. We found this unacceptable. So we had to buy breakfast two different days because there was no food available they were going to make some more but it would be 30 to 45 minutes before that would be done.

If you offer breakfast, then there should be breakfast. Also, the floor by the air conditioning unit was wet.

Exceptional staff!!!! Friendly, polite, respectful, and greeting. Room was well equipped with plenty of amenities and absolutely spotlessly clean. Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing! 5/5 stars! This place was beyond perfect!!

Nothing! Everything was delightful!

Cleanliness is the sole necessity when I pick any hotel so I was very pleased with our room! The room was very spacious and clean! It had a nice living room area and a small wall panel to separate it from the bed area, both of which you could enjoy the TV from because it was on a wall mount that could turn. It was pretty quiet at night and there were no issues with any of the appliances provided.

The only complaint if I could make one is that the room lacked a microwave. There is a kitchen area in the lobby but being that we were on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient to not be able to heat food whenever we needed and not have to leave our room.

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean. Lots of restaurant options really close.

Leaving the hotel parking lot can be tricky as you can't make a left into the main street. Lots of traffic noise. Right next to the main highway so we heard lots of loud vehicles and trucks "Jake braking".

Nice hotel. Good breakfast and great pool. Rooms clean and cozy. Close to AMP which is our purpose for stay.

Only one lady checking in at 3pm on a Friday - busy time to only have one employee for check in. She did her best but the line grew long quick.

We had a problem with the room fridge not working, but one of the workers helped and put a new one in for us. Overall, it was a good experience, and we did enjoy the location we were in due to it being close to the mall and many other places we wanted to visit.

The TV had some problems with connecting to the phones and then not wanting to shut off when we would try to turn it off. The bathroom did have residue left on some spots where it wasn't thoroughly cleaned off.

Almost everything!

Personally, I like bathrooms with the tub/shower, toilet, sink and mirror in the same room with closable door. But I can see the reasoning of having the sink and mirror outside of the bathroom door.
