The breakfast was good when you could get it there were so many baseball teams, and such that we didn’t always have food for breakfast. We went to out of the Forge days at 8:30 and there was nothing. We didn’t even have coffee. it was empty all of the containers even the oatmeal were empty. When we asked the manager about it, she said that the person had only been doing it for two weeks in. There wasn’t enough people to help prepare the food. We found this unacceptable. So we had to buy breakfast two different days because there was no food available they were going to make some more but it would be 30 to 45 minutes before that would be done.

If you offer breakfast, then there should be breakfast. Also, the floor by the air conditioning unit was wet.

Exceptional staff!!!! Friendly, polite, respectful, and greeting. Room was well equipped with plenty of amenities and absolutely spotlessly clean. Hands down one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Breakfast was amazing! 5/5 stars! This place was beyond perfect!!

Nothing! Everything was delightful!

Cleanliness is the sole necessity when I pick any hotel so I was very pleased with our room! The room was very spacious and clean! It had a nice living room area and a small wall panel to separate it from the bed area, both of which you could enjoy the TV from because it was on a wall mount that could turn. It was pretty quiet at night and there were no issues with any of the appliances provided.

The only complaint if I could make one is that the room lacked a microwave. There is a kitchen area in the lobby but being that we were on the third floor it was a bit inconvenient to not be able to heat food whenever we needed and not have to leave our room.

The staff were fantastic and the room was clean. Lots of restaurant options really close.

Leaving the hotel parking lot can be tricky as you can't make a left into the main street. Lots of traffic noise. Right next to the main highway so we heard lots of loud vehicles and trucks "Jake braking".

We had a problem with the room fridge not working, but one of the workers helped and put a new one in for us. Overall, it was a good experience, and we did enjoy the location we were in due to it being close to the mall and many other places we wanted to visit.

The TV had some problems with connecting to the phones and then not wanting to shut off when we would try to turn it off. The bathroom did have residue left on some spots where it wasn't thoroughly cleaned off.

The location was excellent for our purposes. Easy access to the venue for the birthday party. All of the hotel staff were very personable and professional - that includes the front desk staff, the maid service and the maintenance staff. The free hot breakfast had great options available.

The size of the bathroom. It was difficult to maneuver in the small space. We stayed on the 2nd floor but the ice machines were located on the 1st & 3rd floors which was a small inconvenience but allowed me to get my exercise by using the stairs.

The staff was friendly, the premises were spotless, and the breakfast options were excellent. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

We were on the ground floor, and a patio light seemed to shine directly into our window. I kept waking up through the night thinking it was early morning it was so bright, though the curtains were closed

I was assigned a room for a disabled person. I was told this was due to something in BOOKING.COM's system. It has happened to me multiple times. I hope this can be resolved, as I do not need a disabled person's room.

We were @ the property on 12/27-12/28.. BY FAR THE MOST PROFESSIONAL & ACCOMMODATING FRONT DESK COORDINATORS EVER! THEY LITERALLY HAVE A PASSION FOR WHAT THEY DO! WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK AS WE HAVE FAMILY IN ROGERS.. THEY ARE 5 🌟💫⭐️

Everything was perfect!

Could use a microwave in the rooms and better pillows. That’s about all. My man says more B & G that they was extent for breakfast. Lol he’s right they were good.

No real good views & we couldn’t find no pool. Lol didn’t look to hard. Just seen lil ones come in wet & wondered where it was??
